Cool, but not really clean.

Private place to chill and spend time.

The property was not clean, when we opened the microwave there was a food leftovers 🥶🥶 Also the trash was not taken from the previous guests. By the way in the property all nights animals are running (maybe there is even holes in the house)so if you are sensitive to sounds I wouldn’t recommend. The main area was different than in the picture.

Relaxing stay with lovely atmosphere and staff

Such a lovely spot with a nice clean pool situated in a quiet area! The staff were amazing and helped us make our stay truly special with little birthday decoration and cake :-)

Spacious rooms. Nice staff

Location was a bit too far away from the main area to walk to. It was still OK but not many taxi drivers knew where it was. Use the Grab App to get cheaper rides. There was no free to air TV to watch news. Our subscription channels didn't work because of geo blocking.

Nice villa, but unorganized staff.

The house was nice. But we booked a specific villa and they overbooked it. When we got there, we had to stay in a different villa from the one we wanted because of their mistake. They didn’t even let us know beforehand, which we didn’t like. They changed us to a 2 bedroom villa with two floors and very big for just the two of us. Nonetheless, it was a very nice villa. Everything was clean and well cared for. Keep in mind that the best option is to have a rented vehicle since everything is a bit far from the villas by foot.

Unsecured and unsanitary.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to make other families aware of the below. Unfortunately, I can only upload 4 photos on here but I have many more to put my point across. This property is not as advertised. The photos on Booking.com do not reflect the actual state of this house. It is not part of the Seava house villa complex. It is a 5 minute walk away on a site facing a rubbish tip. The house is not safe as the door locks don’t work correctly and are flimsy and have signs of being forced open previously. The exterior of the house is littered with bird nests and bird faeces making it unsanitary and unusable. The pool smells and the patio furniture is filthy. Inside the house there is a constant sewage smell from the toilets, there is also mould on the walls and bathroom fittings making this a hygiene risk. We had booked to stay for 5 nights, due to the state of the property we had to look for alternative accommodation but had to stay for 2 nights as we could not find suitable alternative accommodation. While we were reimbursed part of the stay by the owner, I have requested a full refund from Booking.com which they have refused. If you are a family intending on staying here, please think again!

Loved the relaxed vibe, our little villa itself was stunning! The decor, the ambience, the staff were lovely and super helpful. Would love to go back and stay again, it’s a great place to explore Krabi and they have scooters for rent.

Good but not the best.

I like the quiet and atmosphere.

It was not that clean. there is too much insects and lizards. I found lizard's waste in the room and lizards in swimming pool. The electricity shut down 3 times and there is a problem with hot water. Our last day was bad because of no water. I spent much time only waiting for problems to solve. the manager not even apologize for the problems we face. the resort is little far from the beach.

all in all we felt very comfortable!

a very nice complex, tastefully furnished houses with very friendly hosts! the resort is located in a quiet residential area, very few tourists were there. Supermarkets were 3 minutes away by scooter, Ao nang beach 10 minutes.

unfortunately there was no breakfast and the houses were not occupied for more than 2 years due to covid, so there was a unpleasant smell of stagnant air in the houses. With room air freshener it was fine ;)

GENIAL. Un acierto total.

Es un lugar muy agradable. Está muy bien decorado con plantas y curiosas esculturas. Tiene mucha vegetación, alrededor de la piscina siempre limpia que iluminan por la noche. En la recepción hay un billar, mesas para desayunar, comer y/o cenar o simplemente tomar una cerveza o un helado. El desayuno es bueno aunque sólo hay uno para elegir (7€ persona). También tienen papagayos y cacatúas muy divertidos. Las villas están bien decoradas y muy limpias. Las camas son muy cómodas y el cuarto de baño es grandísimo. Sólo la ducha debe de tener unos 6m2 y el resto del cuarto de baño debe de tener unos 8m2 más. Te dejan agua envasada y cafe instantaneo, te, azucar y leche en polvo todos los días. Tambien tiene nevera con algunos productos que puedes comprar. Cuenta con cafetera/tetera y platos, tazas, vasos y cubiertos. El armario es gigante. Es muy tranquilo y la piscina es larga, se puede nadar. Cada villa cuenta con dos tumbonas una sombrilla y una mesa con sillas. Ah, y nos guardaron nuestros equipajes a la llegada (llegamos muy temprano y la villa aun estaba ocupada) y también el dia de salida (desde la hora del check out hasta que volvimos de una excursión a las Phi, Phi islands)

Que está un poco apartado de la zona centro de Ao Nang, aunque, la verdad, se pide un Grab (versión asiática de Uber) y en 5 minutos estás en la playa o en la zona animada de Ao Nang por un precio mas que razonable. El hotel tb ofrece servicio de transporte. Probablemente en Ao Nang no habríamos estado tan relajados, ni tan tranquilos como aquí.

Prima bungalow met direct toegang tot het zwembad. Locatie is iets weg van het drukke gedeelte van Ao Nang, maar dat vonden we ook wel fijn. Persoon is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hebben een plekje waar je prima kan ontbijten en wat kan drinken, maar verwacht geen restaurant achtige sfeer.

Iets gedateerd, maar niet storend. We waren er helaas tijdens regen tijd, dus hebben niet erg genoten van de buitenomgeving.

Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

- la piscine, très grande, profonde, c’est le point positif. - le personnel, gentil et accueillant.

- les équipements qui commencent à être un peu vieux, les meubles et les murs sont pleins d’accrocs, de rayures… - les climatisations qui sont vieilles et sales, nous étions 3, le lendemain matin nous avions tous les 3 le nez complètement plein et un chat dans la gorge. - le rapport qualité prix qui du coup n’est pas bon, a presque 100€ la nuit, ça devrait être nickel comme sur les photos (qui doivent dater).

We hadden een huisje aan het gedeelde zwembad wat erg gezellig was. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon, de kamer was prima en ook netjes. De dame van de receptie en de eigenaar waren erg vriendelijk en de taxi service was heel erg fijn!

Het ontbijt viel tegen en vonden we aan de wat prijzige kant liggen.
