A fabulous place to spend Christmas 🎄

Beautiful apartment, lovely pool, very handy to have the reception desk and resort opposite for food, drink etc. Great location.

The showers were not very hot and there were a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling of the main ensuite bathroom.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I have never been treated better anywhere else!! There is nothing the staff cannot arrange for you. They hire mopeds and have private transport in house and also excursions which are cheaper than the local tourist information places. The drinks here are very reasonable price and a lot better than anywhere else. I can honestly say that this place serves the best cocktails i have ever had 👌🏽 I have have just booked an extra 2 nights here as I don't want to leave.

Clean, Comfortable and good value for money

Getting to the villa was incredibly easy, and the high level of privacy offered a perfect retreat. The pool right in front of the villa was a major highlight, making for a beautiful and relaxing stay. The staff especially Techin & Benz was excellent, attentive, and quick to address any need with a smile. Overall, a fantastic stay- highly recommended for accessibility and comfort.

We stayed in a garden villa and couldn’t recommend it enough! The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing we loved every second of our stay!! A couple of minutes drive from Ao nang thank you for everything!

Cool, but not really clean.

Private place to chill and spend time.

The property was not clean, when we opened the microwave there was a food leftovers 🥶🥶 Also the trash was not taken from the previous guests. By the way in the property all nights animals are running (maybe there is even holes in the house)so if you are sensitive to sounds I wouldn’t recommend. The main area was different than in the picture.

Such a lovely spot with a nice clean pool situated in a quiet area! The staff were amazing and helped us make our stay truly special with little birthday decoration and cake :-)

Spacious rooms. Nice staff

Location was a bit too far away from the main area to walk to. It was still OK but not many taxi drivers knew where it was. Use the Grab App to get cheaper rides. There was no free to air TV to watch news. Our subscription channels didn't work because of geo blocking.

Nice villa, but unorganized staff.

The house was nice. But we booked a specific villa and they overbooked it. When we got there, we had to stay in a different villa from the one we wanted because of their mistake. They didn’t even let us know beforehand, which we didn’t like. They changed us to a 2 bedroom villa with two floors and very big for just the two of us. Nonetheless, it was a very nice villa. Everything was clean and well cared for. Keep in mind that the best option is to have a rented vehicle since everything is a bit far from the villas by foot.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to make other families aware of the below. Unfortunately, I can only upload 4 photos on here but I have many more to put my point across. This property is not as advertised. The photos on Booking.com do not reflect the actual state of this house. It is not part of the Seava house villa complex. It is a 5 minute walk away on a site facing a rubbish tip. The house is not safe as the door locks don’t work correctly and are flimsy and have signs of being forced open previously. The exterior of the house is littered with bird nests and bird faeces making it unsanitary and unusable. The pool smells and the patio furniture is filthy. Inside the house there is a constant sewage smell from the toilets, there is also mould on the walls and bathroom fittings making this a hygiene risk. We had booked to stay for 5 nights, due to the state of the property we had to look for alternative accommodation but had to stay for 2 nights as we could not find suitable alternative accommodation. While we were reimbursed part of the stay by the owner, I have requested a full refund from Booking.com which they have refused. If you are a family intending on staying here, please think again!

Good but not the best.

I like the quiet and atmosphere.

It was not that clean. there is too much insects and lizards. I found lizard's waste in the room and lizards in swimming pool. The electricity shut down 3 times and there is a problem with hot water. Our last day was bad because of no water. I spent much time only waiting for problems to solve. the manager not even apologize for the problems we face. the resort is little far from the beach.

all in all we felt very comfortable!

a very nice complex, tastefully furnished houses with very friendly hosts! the resort is located in a quiet residential area, very few tourists were there. Supermarkets were 3 minutes away by scooter, Ao nang beach 10 minutes.

unfortunately there was no breakfast and the houses were not occupied for more than 2 years due to covid, so there was a unpleasant smell of stagnant air in the houses. With room air freshener it was fine ;)
