Comfortable and convenient

The room was very clean and with plentty of space. Good wi-fi too. The property is closed to the night market and a small shopping mall. Many restaurants around and a big 7 Eleven

The bunk beds mattresses where not very confortable. The bathroom had a big leak on the sink. Some lights were not working

We only stayed one night, but had a good time at Loft Series. Our room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was close to a lot of restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect stay for friend group or family, can’t wait to come back again. Food, shopping mall, 7-11 you can find everything nearby.

Only a bit far from Ao Nan beach, it takes 20-30 mins by car.

Great base for exploring Krabi Town

Perfect location, directly opposite the night food market. Great base to explore the riverside, the crab statue was 2 mins walk away. Super comfy bed, had the best sleep in a month being in Asia. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Clear, detailed, communication before I arrived (the keys to the apartment are in a key safe outside, there are no staff on site but they provide contact number/ address of sister hotel if help is needed) Close to 7Eleven, some nice restaurants (May and Mark’s House) Clean apartment, comfy bed, hot shower- I stayed on my way back to the airport, so was everything I needed

A light outside the entrance door would be useful when arriving after sun down

Toilet flush system running not good, washbasin stuck too... water heater system not working but staff come assist immediately after we inform them.. they arrange technician to come repair water heater next day.. however we noticed some of our candy on table missing after they come repair when we are not around...

The room was so comfortable! Unfortunately, my friends and I got food poisoning and we stayed longer than expected in the room and it was really cosy. The AC works well, the room is big and clean. The wifi worked perfectly.

Safe neighborhood, good location in Krabi Town, apartment was clean and modern.

There was an ant problem, really hard bed, 3rd floor walk up with a small child and suitcases. It should be listed in the listing that there is no elevator and it’s a hard walk up the steps with luggage. I also emailed the owner about the ant problem and got zero response.

Nice Location in Krabi

There were outlets, lamps, and USB at the bed. There was a dining table and plenty of space. We used the shared kitchen on the ground floor. We enjoyed some Netflix, which was a treat after five weeks traveling. The location is very good - Across the street from an evening market and 150 meters from the crab sculpture. There was a fridge in the room conveniently stocked with water. They thoughtfully provided umbrellas.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned as well as it should. You need to be Really specific when communicating with drivers as to the location - It’s NOT where the Pak-Up hostel is located. I found sending a maps screen shot was the solution.

Short stay in Krabi

quite new, comfy bed

the address on booking is wrong and led us to another location, Google loft series to find the correct one. The room was not super clean, the bed had hairs and most of all ants. I guess we were just unlucky as it is hard to get rid of ants, but it was really an unpleasant experience. The whole apartment was crawling with ants, especially the bed.

Clean, very spacious. WiFi and location were great. Right next to a small night market

Sink drain was blocked. We had to resort to using the shower tap to wash our hands, etc. Owner is very hands-off, which may suit some and not others. Personally we didn’t mind as we were only there for a couple of nights

Nice apartment close to night market and river. Complimentary tea and coffee, shared kitchen with microwave at the ground floor. Bedside wall socket has USB for charging.

Noise from the market in the evening. One of the bedside wall sockets didn't work. No staff on premises, all additional services (transport etc) should be booked at the Pak hostel.
