A peaceful stay in a beautiful natural setting, made truly special by Ann’s exceptional hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Kannapat House! The host, Ann, was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly from the very beginning. She even sent us a great list of recommendations for nearby places to visit and where to eat, which made exploring the area so much easier. On top of that, she arranged a motorbike rental for us — everything was perfectly organized. The house itself is very cute and comfortable, with all the necessary kitchen amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home. There’s also a lovely shared pool where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We especially loved the beautiful views from the window and being surrounded by so much nature. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay — highly recommended!

Would recommend Kannapat house to fellow travellers looking to get out the hustle of the town

The location is very quiet and peaceful, only about 15 minutes from Ao Nang by scooter so easy to access. We went to a lovely restaurant for sunset drinks which was also only about 15 minutes away so good location. The pool was lovely and refreshing and clean. Ann is a great host and quick to answer any questions we had about the local area

The bed was a bit hard but that’s personal preference. There is only aircon in the bedroom so living area is hot although a fan was provided. The shower pressure wasn’t the best.

Le gros problème c’est l’eau : à notre arrivée, la douche avait le débit d’un brumisateur, cela a été réglé. Le bidet des toilettes fuit constamment, et un jour nous n’avons pas eu d’eau du tout, pas de douche, pas de chasse d’eau non plus et c’est vraiment problématique et malheureusement il y a des choses que les hôtes ne maîtrisent pas

Einfach perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich außergewöhnlich, weil man sich vorgekommen ist, wie in einer Familie. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und sind geradezu liebevoll aufgenommen worden. Es war alles völlig unkompliziert von der Abholung am Flughafen bis zum Bezug unseres Quartiers. Wir sind sehr früh angekommen und wurden sofort erstmal untergebracht. Natürlich war auch hilfreich, dass die Chefin Ann perfekt deutsch gesprochen hat. Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zuletzt auch durch das ausgezeichnete Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Domy są bardzo przestronne, posiadają przestronny salon z tv i wyjściem na ogród, wyposażone są w bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię. Podczas naszego pobytu tam czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Domki są na uboczu (z dala od miejscowości), ale obok ruchliwej drogi, mieliśmy domek w drugiej linii zabudowy, dźwięki z drogi nie docierały do naszej sypialni. Właścicielka jest przemiłą, bardzo sympatyczną i bardzo gościnną osobą. Pomogła nam przy zakupie biletów na pociąg z Trang, poświęciła nam 1,5h czasu, żeby przejść z nami cały proces wypełniania danych i rezerwacji, za co jesteśmy jej ogromnie wdzięczni. Polecamy to miejsce zarówno na krótkie jak i długie pobyty.

Magnifique jardin très bien entretenu avec une belle pelouse. La personne chargée de nous accueillir est sympathique. Difficile de mettre en avant d'autres points positifs !

Piscine sale jamais nettoyée : nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier une fois !! Cuisine peu pratique pas très propre. Réfrigérateur dont la porte peine à se fermer. Robinet évier cuisine qui fuit sur une semaine ! Très peu de pression pour prendre une douche : plus que pénible ! Beaucoup trop de moucherons dans toutes les pièces : une vingtaine par pièce avec un record dans la salle de bain !! Logement petit en définitive sachant que la seule climatisation se trouve dans la chambre !

Проживали 7 дней на вилле с двумя спальнями в марте 2025г. Заселение было быстрым и комфортным. Оплата прошла через Букинг ком. Вилла в тайском стиле, чистая и уютная, оснащена всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Прилегающая территория это благоустроенный ухоженный тропический сад. Прекрасный вид из окон спален в сад, на бассейн и горы. Засыпаешь и просыпаешься под пенье птиц и звуки тропического леса. Две уютные террасы, есть парковка для машины. большой, чистый бассейн напротив виллы. У бассейна в течении дня практически никого не было. Все возникающие вопросы быстро решались обслуживающим персоналом. Имеется услуга стирки вещей 30 бат за одну стирку. Обязательно наличие транспорта. В 10-15 минутной доступности на автомобиле несколько прекрасных пляжей. Магазины 7-Елевен, Суперчип и многочисленные кафе на расстоянии 0.5-1км от виллы. По пути на пляж Клонг-Муанг можно купить фрукты и посетить слоновью ферму с интересной экскурсией. Быстрый выезд на дороги ко всем интересным местам на Краби. Обязательно вернемся на следующий год.

Дорога достаточно близко и слышен шум от скутеров. Ночью правда все затихает.

Groot huis op afgelegen locatie

Het huis is in het echt nog groter dan op de foto’s. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen. Het is schoon. Een gezin met kleine kinderen zou hier ook goed kunnen verblijven al weet ik niet of de accommodatie extra bedden plaatst.De bank zit goed, het bed is redelijk. Er is een klein zwembadop het complex met weinig stoelen en geen parasols. De gastvrouw Ann gaf geweldige tips voor uitstapjes. Ze reageert snel op vragen.

De locatie ligt ver van winkels en restaurants af. Op loopafstand is eigenlijk alleen het Hideaway restaurant. (Dat is trouwens zeer de moeite waard qua ligging aan een beekje in het bos. Je hebt dus eigen vervoer nodig. Wij huurden een auto voor een paar dagen. Bij elkaar opgeteld is deze accommodatie prijzig. Minpunt is dat de accommodatie geen drinkwater verstrekt. Andere voorzieningen waren wat mager in vergelijking met andere accommodaties in Thailand zoals beschikbaarheid van afwasmiddel en toiletartikelen.

Начнём с хозяйки - благодаря ей мы и смогли попасть в этот прекрасный отель, так как она нам предоставила возможность забронировать большую виллу, хоть её ещё не было на букинг, она открыла для нас бронирование. Общение с хозяйкой было максимально приятным, она действительна открыта для помощи и советов. Территория отеля чистая и ухоженная. Прекрасный бассейн. Огромная вилла в идеальном состоянии и чистоте. Вежливый персонал.

Минус был в том, что воду город пару раз отключал и был очень слабый напор воды. Но уже при нас я видел, как хозяйка привезла огромный бак для воды, чтобы у жильцов не было проблем. Если бы не проблемы с водой, то это просто 10/10.
