Incredible staff will arrange everything for you: transfer, kayak, motorbike. Transfer and kayak were free. The facilities are amazing, new and sparkling clean. The views are the best in the island facing the sunset. We stayed for a week while exploring the island fully and working. We’re digital nomads and working was perfect with 2 desks, plenty of space and good WI-FI. I imagined staying with friends/family as well in the future, it can definitely accommodate such groups. You will also have self laundry, plenty of restaurants, bars and 7-eleven at a 10mins radius (motorbike) and no noise in the premises. Enjoy, Koh Yao is untouched and a local paradise. Well done to the owners!

Amazing stay at Sea Mountain. Our house were really great, spacious with an amazing sunset view from the terrace. Service was also great, thanks Sarina for everything.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysto, sprawna klimatyzacja i przede wszystkim przepiękny widok. W pobliżu znajduje się bar z pysznym jedzeniem i super drinkami. Na plaże dojeżdżaliśmy taxi, do sklepu i na masaż można dojść spacerkiem. Polecam!

Чудесная вилла на самом любимом острове. Большая кровать, кухня, терраса с замечательным видом на море и рыбацкие лодки. Красивейшие закаты, тишина, покой и благополучие вокруг. Хаускипер была максимально милой и отзывчивой, помогла арендовать скутер и всегда была на связи. Однозначно рекомендую.
