Fabulous stay, lovely accommodation and superb owners/staff!

Absolutely loved this place, particularly liked the outdoor bathroom/shower. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Little extras, water, tea/coffee, fruit was really appreciated. Loved the little seating area overlooking the sea to watch the sunset, just a great place. Also next to sunset bar and buffalo bar both interesting places for a drink.

A little bit of a walk to the better restaurants and bars but only a minor issue, still very doable. (Would recommend "Extra time" bar and "Kaya" restaurant)

Villa was very high spec, the bedside table was also a charging station and had Bluetooth speaker for the tv! There was a microwave too which was convenient and crockery. It was spotlessly clean and plenty of water provided. The outdoor bath was a nice touch and hammock. It was so peaceful at night.

Sadly it was anything but relaxing The road noise and the music from surrounding properties and the reception were pretty disappointing as we were hoping for peace and quiet- we stayed in the bungalow near the road and the reception and there is constant traffic noise The aircon is not powerful enough to cool the room down as the bungalow is not insulated and it’s south/ west facing; the wall behind the bed gets pretty hot and the room only cools down after sunset and late into the evening Terrible smell from the bathroom especially at night and the smell penetrates into the room - at times it was unbearable The view is only from the terrace which is lovely but overlooking the parking for the bikes not to mention that the bungalow is not too private …

Great resort with nice staff

We had a great time in relax sunsmile. The bungalow, tiger was perfect and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good location with a great view. You can rent a motorbike at the resort. Every morning we got a nice bite to eat, brought at the bungalow. Sunset beach bar next door, which is perfect to go for a drink and nice view. I would recommend the sunsmile resort! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stunning views and plenty of places to relax.

Absolutely stunning location and the deluxe sea view room was gorgeous! Quiet, peaceful, the hosts dropped off breakfast and fruits and drove me to the beach, they were lovely. This was such a special place in its beauty. Great for relaxing, restaurants nearby (bring cash, no card), and so many amazing views to look at. So so beautiful!

Perfect getaway spot with stunning view and amazing hospitality

If you're travelling to Koh Yao Noi, I recommend booking this place. An amazing option in every regard. I stayed in the bungalow with sea view, highly recommend booking this one. It's a modern bungalow with a view you will never forget, unobstructed both from the bed with massive windows and from the terrace with bean bags, hammock, and benches. Every day, many people come to the 'Sunset Bar' on this side of the island to watch the sunset, but with this bungalow you have the perfect view just for yourself. Amenities-wise, it has everything you need and more. It's the only hotel in Thailand I stayed in that provided a microwave and plates/cutlery etc directly in the room. The host family living nearby is a perfect example of hospitality. Always very helpful and kind, but also respectful of your privacy and not disturbing your stay. The breakfast is great, and they also surprise you with refreshing cold coconut and fruits from time to time. They also offered me a free bicycle, which is great for getting around the island. The contact with staff via WhatsApp is very convenient - you can book taxis, boat trips, etc that way, so easy. To summarize, don't hesitate to book it.

Very nice

Very beautiful, new bungalow. At the morning small sweet snack was waiting for us on the terrace. The bungalows are not direct next to the water as it seems on the photos, there is a slope of the ground, so that the way to the water is not possible. When we needed a motorbike - very good contact with the owner, the motorbike was in 3 minutes for us ready. Unbelievable nice service. She even order for us taxi for the next day to pier for standard 100BHT.

Great stay at Relax Sunsmile

This is such a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We were very happy to stay here. It's only 2 cabins for now, but they are working on more. So it's not like a resort (we were not looking for that, but if you are this might not be the place for you). The bed is big and nice. We wanted to hang our clothes to dry but didn't have a laundry/drying rack. Two hours later we came back and they put one up on the wall! They arranged a scooter as well (if you want to see some of the island I would recommend that). Very friendly people working here!

Only thing that would've make our stay better is a swimming pool, but that's kind of a big wish I'd say. Would have liked that because the weather is still hot around 16 p.m, when the tide is low and you can't swim in the sea anymore.

An absolutely relaxing, beautiful stay

Absolutely loved our stay here. The host was the kindest most helpful woman ever. She made sure we knew boat times and costs and helped arrange a boat tour of the islands for us. She even gave me the sweetest birthday surprise ever. It was such a special stay.

Sehr dreckiges und unhygienisches Resort, mit sehr unfreundlicher schlechter Verwalterin

Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Bucht, das war aber auch alles!

Vor allem die Unsauberkeit! Der Bungalow, wurde trotz mehrfacher persönlicher Aufforderung und dem zusätzlichen Hinweis des "Make my Room" Schildes - in insgesamt 6 Tagen NICHT EINMAL GEREINIGT! Weder wurden die Mülleimer im Zimmer, inkl. der Toilette (in Thailand wird das benutzte Toilettenpapier im Mülleimer entsorgt) geleert, noch Handtücher gewechselt oder gar das Zimmer gefegt bzw. gewischt. Auch die Terrase mit der dazugehörigen Außenbadewanne (die ebenfalls komplett verdreckt war), wurde nicht gereinigt! Trotz Bitte nach Scootern im guten Zustand, wurden vom Resort nur Fahrzeuge in schlechter Verfassung (Bremsen, Reifen und KM-Stand über 100.000) zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass wir bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen mussten. Dieses ist nur ein Teil weiterer Unzulänglichkeiten im Service! Verwaltet wird die Anlage von einem Hausmeister, der kein Englisch spricht (bitte nicht falsch verstehen, aber für diese Position nicht hilfreich) und Managerin Fatina (die nicht vor Ort ist), wird immer über Telefon hinzugezogen, die wir aber als sehr unfreundlich und ebenfalls nicht serviceorientiert erlebt haben. In 25 Jahren auf Reisen in dieser Region, haben wir so etwas unhygienisches und so ein desinteressiertes Verhalten seitens der Gastgeber nicht erlebt! Abschließend können wir diese Anlage für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt NICHT EMPFEHLEN!!!

Prostorné pokoje, překrásný výhled, dobrý proud ve sprše a teplá voda, vana je super, zajímavý prvek, který jsme jinde nezažili, ale bazén, kde se člověk může celý ponořit trochu chybí, každopádně Fatina perfektně reagovala na zprávy, zařídila boat trip během chviličky a scootery s helmou byly kvalitní a super! Ubytování velmi doporučujeme, pobyt zde jsme si velmi uzili a klidně bychom se i vrátili!

Big (Sun)Smile at Kho Yao Noi

ALLES! 😃 Es wurde täglich ein Frühstück an den Bungalow geliefert, obwohl keins extra gebucht wurde. Alle Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein Scooter wurde innerhalb von 5min gebracht, kein Pass als Pfand, kein Geld. Einfach nur Vertrauen. Die Bungalows sind ein Traum und schön eingerichtet! Ein großer Spiegel fehlt etwas und ein Abzieher für den Boden im Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft ausdrücklich. 🙂

Super séjour!

Logement confortable, avec une belle vue. Le personnel est très serviable. Ils mettent à la location sur place des scooters pour se déplacer sur l’île, très appréciable. Et chaque matin, ils apportent un plateau de nourriture. Je les recommande car franchement le rapport qualité prix est largement atteint.

Der Bungalow ist ein Traum. Mit aussen Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt eine Hängematte und 2 coole Sitzkissen. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen ein kleines Überraschungsfrühstück. Sehr lecker. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet. Super Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Chef ist super nett, und Fatina ist super!! Hat uns bei unserer Buchung fürs Schiff geholfen.

Uns hat einfach gesagt alles daran gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, man konnte mit Blick aufs Meer duschen und man hat gemerkt, dass beim Bau nicht nur viel Fleiß investiert wurde, sondern auch vorab an das Wohlfühlen der Gäste gedacht worden ist.

Es ist nur ein kleiner Mangeln, aber einen Safe habe ich anfangs vermisst. Wobei ich im Nachhinein sagen muss, dass die Anlage an sich sehr sicher war und es keinen Bedenken um Diebstahl geben sollte.

Mega! Würde wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eines der vorderen Bungalows mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Es war unglaublich schön und entspannend. Die Gastgeber sind fantastisch, sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Tolle Lage, angenehme Unterkunft.

Super Lage, mit gutem Restaurant und Bar in der Nähe. Sandstrand fußläufig erreichbar. Die Besitzerin war jederzeit schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar und konnte weiterhelfen! Die Ausstattung und Gestaltung des Zimmers war einfach aber funktional.

Das Abfluss im Bad hat ab mittags extrem gerochen. Das vereinbarte Hauskeeping kam leider nicht. Die Fahrräder die uns angeboten wurden, waren leider nicht wirklich funktionsfähig.

5 Tage pure Entspannung :)

Wir hatten den Bungalow namens Elefant mit Meerblick und es war wunderschön und wir konnten hier richtig die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Inhaber und Angestellte waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser pro Person bekommen und einen essbaren Gutenmorgen Gruß. Egal ob Hängematte, im Bett oder unter der Dusche - wir hatten immer einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang :)

Très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour au sein de Relax Sun Smile (4 nuits). Établissement neuf et très bien équipé (frigo, clim, micro-ondes...) ! La gérante amène le matin des spécialités locales avec des bouteilles d'eau. Celle-ci est aussi très réactive et se tient disponible.

Rien hormis la localisation (4/5) : 1km de la première plage. Ça s'y remédie très facilement avec la location de scooter ou vélo.

Il bungalow e' di recente costruzione Ed in buonissimo stato ; in oltre e' pulito, accogloente e dotato di tv, doccia con tutti i dispenser per il necessario , asciugamani nuovo, tazze, piattini tutto nuovo, tavolino e sedie esterni davanti la camera molto apprezzate !!! Inoltre e situato su ima loeve altura su cui poyrete godere di una nella vista mare su comodissime chislonge appuggiate su sabbia appossitamente messa😊

Per essere proprio pignoli, si potrebbe mettere um tavolino anche dentro la stanza!

Un séjour parfait pour un établissement qui se lance.

Vue sur la mer et magnifique coucher de soleil. Personnels aux petits soins, chaleureux et amicaux. Nous étions les premiers clients et les propriétaires ont même écoutés nos conseils pour le développement des bungalows! Oh calme, situation parfaite au milieu de l’île. Location de scooter disponible. À 2min en scooter de la plage et des restaurants, 5min du centre et du 7 eleven. Gestions et propriété thaï. Consommez local! La chambre est confortable, propre, bien équipée. Nous avons même pu laisser les valises quelques heures à la réception.
