we were very satisfied with the 2 bedroom house, It was all very clean. The owner was amazing and very helpfull. It was in a nice part of Koh Ya Noi, so accessible to many locations on the Island.

Sunny was there to help us every step of the way. She is the meaning of great hospitality. She set us up with scooter and gave us daily recommendations on what to do on the island. The house itself had a cool setup with a big porch.

Staff was great in responding over Whatapp, helping us with arranging excursion, picking us up from pier and bringing back. There are 2 separate bedrooms in the house. There are available scooters to use in the property.
The house is right on the main door with no sound isolation, hence unless you sleep like a tank you will hear absolutely everything on the street that basically never sleeps (scooters are moving all night). Feel inside of the house is also not the most cozy. Cheery on cake is that lady who is renting the place may try to screw you up (money wise) in case of getting services via her (need to cross check everything as she is taking her cut on basically every single thing)
