This property really exceeded our expectations. We booked quite late and knew that Ko Yao Noi has more rural and asketic feel. To our surprise, the house was very comfortable. Both bedrooms have AC, there are big living room and kitchen, also a very nice terrace to relax at the end of the day. The location is also great - just across the road there are several nice restaurants, we enjoyed food in Golden Sky and great sunset at the aptly named Sunset Bar.
The hostess is super nice and very helpful. While she doesn't speak English, she used mobile translation app to familiarize us with the house and explain surrounding attractions. She also accommodated storing our luggage at the property past checkout time while we went to the famous Laem Haad Beach. She even hanged our wet swimwear on the drying rack while we were out!

Good location, private, very good AC and with fan. Very sweet owner that was quick with replys, helped us with scooter and taxi. Also brought us fresh fruit!

Good location , quite and easy to find
Bad beds, not really clean, no cleaning during our 5 days stay. No toilet paper for longer than 2 days . The landlady is very hard to contact, never around , doesn't understand English .
If you ask for any "help" ,it takes her hours to get back to you.
One night the was invaded by insects , she came only after 1 hour and told us to just keep the lights off.
