Cute rustic stay a scooter is needed but makes it more fun .would definitely return

Cosy rustic feel .. the lady who run the place really couldn’t do enough for us . We had complimentary breakfast made by her . She used her own car to pick us up for 200thb .

The walls could do with sound proofing and the shower a bit hotter but the actual shower pressure was the best in Thailand yet !

An amazing stay with perfect hospitality

We had a excellent stay at Ban Tha Ton Do. The room was very comfortable and we loved staying in this small fishing village. If you are looking for a authentic experience you should absolutely stay here! And last and not least our host was amazing and made our stay even better! Her recommendations were spot on and we appreciated all the delicious regional specialties she introduced us to. Her breakfasts with view into the mangroves was extremely enjoyable!

Amazing hosts!!

We stayed at Ban Tha Ton Do Resort on Koh Yao Noi for two nights and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a small, peaceful accommodation with only three guest rooms, which makes it feel quiet and personal. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The absolute highlight of our stay was the host, Sasina. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—one of those people who instantly makes you feel at home. She kindly picked us up from the pier when we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Scooters are available to rent directly at the property, laundry service is offered, and everything is very reasonably priced. The location is quiet and relaxing, but since Koh Yao Noi is such a small island, you’re only minutes away from everything anyway. We would definitely recommend staying here and very much look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice place on the quiet side of KYN

A very comfortable accommodation on the quieter side of the island. Sasina is a great host and will arrange transfers and tours, and provide a good, simple breakfast. The room is very clean and comfortable with excellent AC and hot shower. Koi Yao Noi is small so everything is easily accessible by moped, but in this immediate are you have a couple of good restaurants, excellent walks through the mangroves and rice paddies, great sunsets from the pier, and a nice deck at the accommodation overlooking the mangroves.

The rooms are not super soundproof - if you have noisy neighbours you may hear them, but most people are on this side of the island for peace anyway.

An unexpected enjoyable experience.

This was lovely opportunity to stay in a local community on Koh Yao Nội. Ideally it would be good to have your our transport. In our case Sasina, our host, drove us to the local beach about 20 minutes away. The local restaurant less than a minutes walk was excellent and we ate there on both nights of our stay. Sasina was a great host and very helpful.

Perhaps the relative remoteness it the could easily be overcome and in any case added to the charm of the place.

Experience local life in a quiet environment!

Very homely feeling for our stay here as Sasina's and her extended family took very good care of us from pick up/drop off at Manor Pier, scooter rental and breakfast arrangement. The property is located in a very strategical point of the island, roughly in its center and surrounded by a small number of houses inhabited by local islanders who were greeting us every day, contributing to the homestay feeling. The property is composed by three rooms, each one of them decently sized and suitable for a young couple (or a group of friends booking the three rooms altogether!), there is also a shared space with 'balcony' on the mangrovies where you can see the differences in low tide and high tide panorama. There is a very good seafood restaurant next door, otherwise highly recommended to rent a scooter from the homestay and spend your days roaming across the island. Sasina was also prompt into recommending tours/activities but we had already done our research and plans. Come here if you want to get in touch with local life.

Breakfast is quite simple and DIY with tea, coffee and some fruits, sometimes boiled egg, or bread w/jam. We enjoyed having an easy breakfast during our stay (particularly the one with steamed yam!), considering that otherwise we would eat in the local eateries around the island. Maybe recommend the property to increase the offer with cookies or more local sweets? For those guests looking for a more diverse breakfast offer...

If you're thinking of escaping Phuket for a hideaway in Koh Yao Noi, this is the spot!

My partner and I were looking for a quiet hideaway after a week in Phuket, and our stay at Ban Tha Ton Do exceeded our expectations in every respect. Sasina was a wonderful host, readily communicative and helped to organise late check out, picking up from and dropping us off at Manoh Pier, laundry services, fresh fruit every day for breakfast, a scooter for riding around the island, as well as a boat tour to Koh Lao Lading and Koh Hong (and even helped us get back an item we absentmindedly left behind on the boat tour). The room itself was cosy and clean, with ample air conditioning, and a hot shower. We had access to a balcony nestled in the mangroves, which was gorgeous for idling the day away watching the tide come in and out. Tong Do Pier was a short stroll away, with magnificent sunsets, and a seafood restaurant for when we didn't feel like heading into town. The whole area has a village feel, and was a luscious way to lull the last days of our trip.

A very special place!

This small hotel has only three rooms and is beautifully built on stilts in the mangroves. It’s super clean, quiet, and cosy. My room was big and full of light – you can feel the love in every detail. Breakfast was made with care – small local treats and fresh coffee. I believe it’s run by a local family, and they made me feel very welcome. Places like this deserve support. Thank you for everything. I’d love to come back one day!

Great stay on a great Island

Nice quality accommodation situated in a rustic Thai fishing village, the balcony and kitchen area can be shared with other guests, there are 3 separate bedroom units, it would be a great place for 3 couples. There are 2 nice restaurants close by but other than that you need a scooter (supplied by the owner fee a fee) owner was great and brought us in toast, fruit and coffee in the mornings.

Magnifique séjour Koh Yao Noi

Le cadre de cet hébergement, sur pilotis. La chambre confortable avec armoire, frigo. Tout est propre et en bon état général. Eau chaude et bon débit d’eau dans la douche. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas précisé mais chaque matin, une boisson, des toasts + des œufs avec des fruits sont servis sur une belle terrasse. La propriétaire est très attentionnée et organise des transports pour différents lieux (port, plages). Juste à côté d’un très bon restaurant.

Éloigné des plages. De préférence avoir un moyen de transport.

esperienza splendida, resa speciale soprattutto da sasina: accogliente, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, è stata una parte fondamentale del soggiorno. ci è venuta a prendere al pier, ci ha aiutato con motorini e biciclette e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e spostamenti. la struttura è in una posizione comoda, vicina anche a un buon ristorante, e sasina ci ha servito ogni mattina una colazione deliziosa. koh yao noi è un’isola autentica, lontana dal turismo di massa, completamente diversa dalle isole più affollate nei dintorni. consigliatissimo per chi cerca semplicità, calore umano e vera tranquillità.

C’est un endroit privé, dans un coin calme de l’île avec vue sur la mangrove. Petits déjeuners proposés par l’hôte qui est très gentille et serviable. La terrasse est agréable pour se reposer.

Manque de rangements dans la chambre, nous n’avions nulle part pour poser les affaires et une armoire qui était condamnée et prenait beaucoup de place dans une pièce déjà petite. On ne pouvait pas trop ouvrir les rideaux de la chambre que nous avions, car donnant sur la rue d’un côté ou le couloir de l’autre, donc peu d’intimité.

Bienvenue chez Sasina

Excellent accueil, et bons conseils de la maîtresse des lieux, Sasina. Salle de bain au standard Thaïlandais. Petit-déjeuners copieux, établissement très bien tenu, et à proximité d'un excellent restaurant, le Pradu. Le village est calme, et les scooters mis en location par Sasina permettent de faire le tour de l'île, et de se rendre rapidement au port de Manoh, pour faire des emplettes. Merci Sasina pour ton accueil.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet établissement posé sur des pilotis au cœur de la Mangrove. Les chambres sont très propres avec une joli salle de bains attenante. La climatisation et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Les petits déjeuners sont servis sur la terrasse, et c’est très agréable!! Fruits frais, toast, œufs, café… A 1 minute à pied un restaurant vous sert une cuisine Thaï délicieuse (Pradu seafood restaurant) Les soirées sont calmes à discuter des aventures de la journée et admirer le couché du soleil sur les îles environnantes. Sasina, la propriétaire, est la personnes la plus gentille et serviable, que j’ai pu rencontrer durant mes voyages (et j’en ai fait!!). Elle pourra vous organiser des sorties en bateau, vous trouver un scooter, allez vous chercher au débarcadère, bref c’est une perle!! et je la remercie ici pour sa gentillesse et toute l’aide qu’elle a pu m’apporter.

Ottima sistemazione ma…

La camera è molto accogliente e pulita. Il letto è comodissimo e l’aria condizionata silenziosa! Purtroppo avevamo prenotato qui due notti ma la struttura era overbooked e abbiamo dovuto trascorrere la prima notte in una struttura adiacente con minor comfort.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber war total nett und konnte sogar Deutsch sprechen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage die recht neu war sogar mit Sleep Funktion. Das Haus stand auf Stelzen im Wasser. Wir konnten uns vom Gastgeber einen Roller mieten der quasi fast neu war, damit sind wir über die ganze Insel gefahren, Mega Erfahrung.

Centraal gelegen kamer op charmante plek

De ligging van deze kamer is een groot pluspunt, zowel het noorden als het zuiden lag op maximaal een kwartiertje rijden met de scooter. We hebben twee keer heerlijk gegeten bij het nabijgelegen Koh Yao Tha Ton Do Seafood. De eigenaresse is super aardig en bij haar kun je terecht met al je vragen. De kamer is schoon, maar wel gehorig. Gelukkig hadden we rustige buren :)

Dit was tot nu toe ons duurste verblijf in Thailand. De prijskwaliteit verhouding is niet helemaal in proportie. Helaas geldt dit bijna voor alle verblijven in Ko Yao Noi.
