Ko Yao Noi is a must visit island. This is ideal value for money accomodation. The accomodation is basic but everything you need for a short stay on the island. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area off one of the main roads. It is a small island so really easy to access everywhere with a scooter. Air conditioning is strong. Bed is typically Thai style.
You can rent a scooter from owner which is great.
Main reason for booking this accomodation was the amount of fantastic reviews about the warm service provided by the owner and hosts. We did not recieve this and the interaction was more basic/ transactional. Unsure if the actual owner was away - was dissapointing.

Very peaceful and very high-quality accommodation. Much better than most places in Thailand.
The owner was nice and friendly.
Not near beaches and tourist restaurants so you will need your own transport.
