A real Home-Stay to feel at home…

Very warmhearted owner. She was always helpful to answer all questions. Beautiful and clean cottages spread in a huge garden with fresh wind from the forest - perfect for relaxing on the balcony. Wonderful view over the ocean. Muche love for details. And a little breakfast-cottage offering delicious breakfast right on the ocean.

Cottages which give you the feeling to be home.

Very nice, clean cottages near the ocean. Always some fresh air from the nearby forest. The owner is a warmhearted, friendly person who is always ready to give you good advices. The cottages are spread in a huge garden with many flowers. Beautiful for a calm, private atmosphere. There is also a small breakfast cottage integrated which offers delicious breakfast with great view to the ocean. The whole area is built with love snd many cute details. A real Home-Stay!

Beautiful stay.

Such a beautiful bungalow, so clean, pleasant smelling and spacious with lovely furniture and a modern bathroom. I wasn’t well during my stay and I couldn’t have wished for a more comfortable and lovely place to recover. The outdoor terrace is also well equipped, though I didn’t have a view of the sea. The owner is a sweet and lovely person who was helpful, kind and caring to me during my illness which I’m very grateful for.

You do need a scooter or bicycle to get around. I preferred a bicycle, and was able to hire a great one from the property. However, you need to be fit to cycle in the heat and the few hills around the island!

Beautiful, cozy, and relaxing

This place was so peaceful and cozy. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying doing as little as possible. Just be prepared to need a scooter or a bike to get anywhere. I saw a scooter parked at every unit, so if you want one, I suppose you can rent one from the host. There are a few restaurants and small local shops within walking distance, a few hundred meters away, but the main settlement, where most shops, including a big 7-Eleven, and restaurants, is 3km away. I like to walk, but the climate and humidity on the island can make walking very exhausting. I enjoyed my short stay very much and will definitely come again for a longer stay. Also, the host was lovely and helpful.

A Little peace of paradise

Amazing location, directly on the sea, with spectacular sunsets and absolute calm, far from the road. Just note that you cannot swim in the sea there However it is perfectly positioned on the island, a scooter is recommended, cheap and easily arranged by Suchada. She takes care of everything: scooter rental, island transfers, logistics,effortless from start to finish. Large rooms and bungalows, very comfortable. A great restaurant just above the property. Quiet. Seamless. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking and relaxing stay

The location is breathtaking. Love the bungalows and the surrounding nature is breathtaking. Just sitting on the porch you can see a variety of birds including the hornbill! The host is one of the warmest people I have ever met -anywhere. Her bungalows are the green ones and her brother owns the orange ones next door. We wish we were able to stay longer! But will definitely plan a trip back to Koh ya noi. It rained almost the entire 2 nights we were there and we still loved every minute. Someone complained about the pillows - we loved them so much that I took a photo of the labels lol We recommend renting a scooter to get around the island. Restaurants and beaches are only a 10 min ride down the road.

nice bungalow for very fair price

The bungalow is nice, quiet with a good view and not too far away form the pier. the owner was nice and helped us to organize everything (scooter, speedboat) without any extra charge. nice bed.

the aircon is placed right over the bed, and we didn't manage to regulate the temperature to our comfort (too cold for sleeping with, too hot without). we also didn't like the pillows, but that is always individual. Be prepared that you only move around the island by scooter.

Cozy home right opposite the sea!

the location is simply perfect, absolute calm and silent amongst nature facing the sea. Room is cozy, with AC and all necessary comforts. Shara aunty was the sweetest there, got us the rental bike (brand new) at our door step, checked on us from time to time to ensure we are fine. Everything is within 10-12 min by bike. We are definitely staying here again for our next visit to Koh Yao Noi.

Even bugs and insects. Some may dislike it completely or be tolerant - for me it didn't bothers much. it also so happened cause of the rains on one of the nights. So one needs to ensure doors and sliders are shut so that they don't enter the room. But not much of a hassle imo

Wonderful

Simply wonderful. We loved everything. Placed right on the sea, big land with a few bungalows placed over the grass. A couple of kind cats walking around and hundreds of birds and gecos making their beautiful natural music ♥️ When we will come back to koh Yao noi, we'll come back 100%

A wonderful place!

These were wonderful days of staying at the villa, we express our gratitude to the owner. Suchada is a very caring hostess who ensures your privacy, is always in touch and ready to help with any questions. Upon our request, she provided a comfortable private transfer from the pier on the day of arrival and departure, rented a bike on which we toured the entire island, and organized a trip to the islands of the reserve on longblatt with an English-speaking captain. Our stay at the villa was really comfortable and private. A wonderful place if you want to recuperate away from the noise and enjoy nature, as well as enjoy a private vacation, while knowing that any of your questions will be quickly resolved!

Chilled and relaxed stay on Yao Noi

Lovely host, gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need. The facilities for cooking are very basic (one rice cooker, 1 electric wok, 1 toaster, 1 kettle) but it's enough and we loved that salt, oil and things like garbage bags and dishwashing liquid were provided. Super quiet, relaxed, lovely view, and we hired 2 scooters from the owner to explore. It rained a lot so we were glad to have a comfy place to hang out.

Fabulous property, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The property is one of two, there is no reception or restaurant, so its best to get around by moped which are very cheap to rent. There is a great little restaurant at the top of the lane 5 min walk. Fabulous view, very chilled, hornbills in the garden. Suchada is your host, she is most helpful and really lovely, she will meet n greet then leave you alone, visits once a day to check you are ok. Cant rate highly enough. Top accommodation on an unspoilt beautiful island. Allow at least 3 nights to take it in.

A hidden gem in an ideallic setting go before the island gets too busy!

Our view from the bungalow was incredible and a bird spotters heaven! Chada couldn’t do enough to make our staying comfortable and we had a fantastic trip around the islands that she organised for us. Not all the frills but exceptionally clean and quiet - a little paradise

There was a bit of development going on whilst we were there but it will only add to the site in the long run

A really tranquil relaxing stay. We hope to come back!

The villa has a lovely view with the sea at the bottom of the garden. Chada was a really welcoming and helpful. She arranged trips for us round the island and also out to the islands with a Long Tail boat, which was lovely. Going out by boat from Koh Yao Noi also gets you to the islands ahead of other trips due to its proximity to the islands. The garden was beautiful with butterflies and birds, including Hornbills and we spent most of our time just chilling out, reading and watching the wildlife. There was a moped for hire which is helpful for getting to the shops etc. If like us you want peace and quiet away from the bustle of Phuket this is the place for you! Go before it gets busier.

The cooking facilities are a bit limited but we managed to make meals throughout our stay. There are places to eat nearby.

A relaxing stay in Ko Yao Noi with brilliant service

As well as being clean and comfortable, the highlight of our stay was definitely the owner, Chada. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could make the most of our stay, from organising our transport around the island, to providing us with free breakfast and lunch on our boat tour day trips. She saved us so much time on the organisation-side, so that we could relax and enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is amazing! the host is so sweet and took really good care of us. (organised a scooter, taxi, boat and our washing) She just started this place that’s why there aren’t many reviews yet, but don’t hesitate on choosing this place. The house is new and comfortable with an amazing sea view from the bedroom and living room. Also it’s very peaceful with little to no noise. My partner and I really annoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

Wow- was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Alles extrem sauber, großräumig und super ruhig gelegen. Alles was man braucht ist da (sogar ein Föhn!), es gibt Trinkwasser und die Betten sind extrem bequem (und sehr weich und komfortabel für Thai-Verhältnisse). Besonders gut lässt sich hier auch der Sonnenuntergang genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die Gastgeberin: sie hat mich nicht nur unglaublich herzlich willkommen geheißen, sondern auch geschaut, dass mein Aufenthalt rundum perfekt ist. Ich konnte mir direkt einen Roller ausleihen, meine Wäsche waschen lassen und immer wenn ich ein Anliegen hatte, war sie mit einem großen Lächeln da und hilfsbereit. Dieser Ort ist einfach magisch und ich würde jedem empfehlen, hier bleiben!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit!!

Tout !! La vue sur la mer, avec le coucher de soleil et les petits bateaux, depuis le grand jardin bien entretenu, bcp d'oiseaux. Bungalow familial avec deux chambres, grand et confortable, douches efficaces, très bonne literie Petit déjeuner pas cher et très copieux Bons restos et bars juste à côté à pied, plages facilement accessibles en scooter ou vélo (10-20 min) Suchada, l'hôtesse, a été adorable : taxi à l'arrivée et au départ (en supplément), organisation d'une excursion dans la baie de Phang Nga avec un bateau rien que pour nous et à un prix très raisonnable (elle nous a même préparé des box pour le déjeuner), location d'un side-car. Elle a été aux petits soins pour notre famille.
