A lovely peaceful and romantic getaway spot

Lovely peaceful location right next to a river. The welcome basket with Prosecco and snacks was a nice touch and the anniversary decorations were very thoughtful. The bed was super comfy and having the hot tub was great.

There was a fair bit of condensation that built up overnight causing the floor to be a bit damp

Just lovely!

Peace perfect peace!! Everything you need, and lovely touches including, mini hamper, robes and even a delivery of fresh eggs, tatties scones and rolls for the next morning! We were able to take our wee dog and really enjoyed our late anniversary treat. Thank you gents x

Lovely and clean property! Hosts thought of everything!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property however when in the hot tub we couldn’t use the jets as every time we put them on our eyes began to sting due to the chemicals used to clean it.

Cosy hut in a beautiful location

Very cosy little hut in an excellent location. Welcome basket was much appreciated. We had everything we needed for a short stay. Gordon and Michael were very helpful on returning an item that I left behind.

Hot tub left our eyes stinging, so we couldn’t really use it as much as possible.

Perfect little getaway for my wife’s birthday

Amazing place to relax and switch off. The hot tub was perfect and the little welcome hamper was a nice little surprise. Just sitting listening to the river flow by was pure perfection. Will definitely return

Started great however finished on a low.

I liked the ambience of the hut, the small touches that the owner left were pretty cool. The staff did give spare towels etc when asked which was appreciated.

The drain on the shower was clogged with hair and other gung. The shower base then overflowed on to the floor and I had to use the towels to dry the floor the best I could. I then pulled the drain out to find the reason and found the aforementioned problem (as seen from the photo I pulled that out). During the night the top sheet on the bed came off. I lifted the mattress to put it back on and on doing so my hand was became wet. There is clearly a problem with dampness under the bed. I turned the light on and discovered my hand was covered in black mold too. The room thereafter smelled for the rest of the night despite opening the windows.

Incredible wee escape in a beautiful and cosey cabin.

The location is perfect, even though there was another couple in the cabin beside us we had full privacy. The place is sooooo clean it was incredible. The hosts thought of every little detail to make it extra special. From the hamper to the chocolates and the robe. This is the best cabin I’ve stayed at in Scotland.
