The Lomond House

A well equipped house with lovely kitchen and bathroom with a great shower. The house was clean and had off road parking which was a bonus.

Beds were soft and we could feels all the springs through the mattresses. There was a strange smell in the back bedroom from the built-in cupboard . Booking.com didn’t send us the actual address for the property so we clicked on their Get directions link link. This took us to the next street. However, when we rang the host they responded quickly with directions to the property.

It was lovely and clean, there were coffee, sugar & tea, which I usually take with me but had forgotten on this trip. It was also very quiet area. Would definitely book again.

It was a little hilly if your walking from Balloch,had my disabled sister with me, just glad she had her scooter. Would also be nice if there were chairs in the garden. There was an outside shed but it was padlocked which I didn’t have the code to maybe the chairs were in there

Communication with the property owner was excellent and were provided with clear instructions on how to enter the house etc. The house itself was lovely, clean and well maintained. We went as a family of 4 (and our pet dog) and the house definitely suited all our needs. The location was excellent, with shops etc. nearby and most importantly only a short drive away to be able to spend time at Loch Lomond. Also, was a really nice touch being left with a nice bottle of red wine along with some wee treats. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We genuinely didn't have any issues at all during our stay.
