The most beautiful place iv stayed

This was our 2nd stay in the Black room and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Always smiling. We got to meet the owners gorgeous doggos this time. Absolutely adorable! The room is aging. The bed is luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Room Is spotlessly clean. Tge bathroom is amazing. Being able to relax in the whirlpool bath and soak cares away was just the treat I needed. The house itself is stunning beyond words. By far thee most beautiful place I have stayed. The breakfast was fabulous too. I highly recommend staying here to anyone, and I definitely will be back to stay soon, and most likely to be a regular.

THE place to stay near Loch Lomond.

Finn Village is a special place to stay if you wish to visit Loch Lomond to recharge your batteries and refresh your soul. It is immaculate and furnished in an opulent style fit for Kings and Queens. Kate, Sylvia and Cliff were the perfect hosts, making us feel at home the minute we arrived. The Black Room was a delightful space to put our feet up and sense the peace and tranquility of the area. Breakfasts were superb. Freshly baked crossiants greeted us with ample selection of cereals and yoghurts, full breakfast options, freshly brewed coffee and orange juice. And the view from the dining room is stunning. The surrounds to Finn Village are spectacularly beautiful and peaceful, with hens happily clucking as you wend your way around the grounds. What a little gem we have fund in the trossachs

We loved the location. Gorgeous panoramic views of the trossachs mountains..chickens running freely and loads of sheep's doted around the fields surrounding us. It was so tranquil. The staff were so so nice and welcoming. Their cooked breakfast was outstanding..especially the eggs ! Fresh from their own chickens...loved that. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The actual shared areas like conservatory were imicalute and so nice to be in it.. they have a nice gamed room but unfortunately did not have time to use.bathroom is great too...nice and clean and spacious. Really nice heating system too.

We liked all of it apart 2 things which were slightly let downs...the pressure of the shower could have been a bit higher and the jacuzzi bath a bit bigger but that's it....

Such an amazing property. The ownership history is compelling. It's a grand home that was obviously built at great cost and attention. We were actually alone there for two nights and felt very pampered. Very friendly owners and staff. Delicious made to order breakfast every morning in the spectacular dining room.. Definately a uniquely wonderful experience for us

Beautiful location in the middle of the National Park. Property is very clean and beautiful. A lot of charming details. Small city nearby (5 minutes drive) has a great choice of restaurants. Room is well equipped, clean and renovated. Breakfast provided was very nice. Definitely recommend to stay here!

What a luxurious place to stay could not express our feelings other than say wow wow wow.

Wea arrived quite tired after a wet drive from Manchester. We were greeted by Cliff who carried our bags to our room. And showed us around. Wow the inside was palatial as was our room. The breakfasts were brilliantly cooked and lots of food by Christina. We could not ask for more.

The hosts are lovely, very friendly and easy to chat with. The breakfast is sensational and the setting of the property (inside and out) is beautiful. The house and the room are very spacious.

The pressure of the shower is quite weak and you will need transport if you want to get dinner or visit the loch. It wasn't a problem for us though.

Relaxing weekend in the country

We stayed in this B&B , which is in a beautiful old house with a grand entrance, for a belated birthday weekend. We were in a huge room and ensuite, which was very nicely presented and had everything you would need. The hosts were very friendly and had 3 cute dogs,

Very peaceful, lovely view!

The location is a bit quiet and remote, with a gorgeous view from the black and silver bedroom. We were served a wonderful breakfast (the only good drip coffee we had the whole trip!) And Cliff was so friendly and helpful. We got lucky and also got to meet two adorable puppies that hang out there! Cliff also kindly offered to make us a dinner reservation at the Clachan Inn our first night, and we liked it so much, we went the next night as well!

The only real problem was how very, very cold the room was when we got there. However, Cliff promptly brought us a heater when we told him of the issue, and it turned out this was the first winter he'd spent there, so there was a learning curve! We were pretty toasty in our room once we had the heater. Oh, we also had a couple of lights out in the bathroom. Would recommend a better lighting situation in general for that room and bathroom as it was a little too dark. And for some reason, the water in the shower was, um.... not warm. Pivoted and used the bath the second night.
