Very cute 3 story townhouse in a great location. We loved being able to walk up to the rows for shopping, groceries and restaurants. The bus was close by and the town is so charming. Updated kitchen and baths were great. Overall we were very comfortable and pleased.
The cabinets in the kitchen need a good wipe down and the upstairs bath toilet was gross on the underside. The ice in the icemaker tasted really strange so we didn't use it. The green key holder didn't work with the code we were given but the one next to it did so we were able to get in.

Excellent location, a stones throw from the racecourse, and a short walk into town. The property was clean and tidy. It also had a space to park your car right outside, which was very handy.
The downstairs toilet had a leak when flushed, which flooded the area slightly. This meant that our family of 5 only had use of one toilet. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. For such a new property, I have never known a house creak so much, every floor board and stair step.

Lovely quiet area, lovely house clean, loved the comfy beds. Neighbours friendly.
getting cut by thorns from a dead bramble bush left in the bin store, trying to get to the key safe also smoke alarm wrapped up in plastic.
