Notre chambre sur patio était très calme, spatieuse et confortable. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. La situation proche des bus et téléphériques est très pratique. Mais c'est surtout toute l'équipe qui nous accueille chaleureusement et reste attentionnée, prête à donner de bons conseils ! Les randonnées proposées par un partenaire en très petits groupes sont parfaites. Merci encore à toutes !

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux. Très bonne organisation de l'établissement, Véronica est disponible et donne de bons conseils
La chambre ne dispose pas de rideaux occultant ou de volets. Le bruit évoqué dans d'autres commentaires commence vers 3 h du matin et provient surement des boulangeries voisines. Éviter les excursions du tour opérateur RG, manque de professionnalisme.

Central location
Large construction site 15feet away, 6 days a week, cockroach the size of 50p, couldn't check in time late afternoon, I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and can honestly say I wouldn't return, the old town has gone down in friendliness, not the same anymore, Funchal itself is absolutely magical, fantastic hotels along the coast would be more suitable, you get what you pay for,, fantastic overall stay,,
