The place is quite old and not particularly impressive visually, and overall it could be better maintained. That said, it is relatively clean and reasonably priced, so it can work for someone looking for a simple and affordable option.
It is worth noting that the place is not accessible, as there is no elevator. The kitchenette is located on a separate floor, which is not very convenient. The sound insulation is also poor, and you can hear almost everything happening in the corridor. There is no air conditioning in the room - although in most cases it is probably not needed, it is still something worth knowing in advance. Overall, it is suitable for someone looking for a basic and inexpensive place, but less suitable for anyone expecting comfort, quiet, or a higher standard.
