About this house rental
This house has the perfect layout to make you feel right at home. With a split floor plan, you can have the privacy of two master bedrooms and meet in the middle when you're ready to gather. Catch some quiet time and some Vitamin D in the air conditioned Florida Room, or hang out back on the screened patio. The home is fully fenced and able to accommodate parking for large toys (NO RV hookup at this time). Shamrock Park and Nature Center is a quick 4 minute drive, where you will find a playground, covered picnic area, basketball courts, tennis courts and nature trails. Here you will also find the beginning of the Legacy Trail where you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the Intercoastal waterway. Head out for the night to downtown Wellen Park and enjoy great food and live music or discover the beauty and ambience of Historical Downtown Venice; each only 6 miles away.

We had a lovely quick get away that we were able to book on short notice. Our son decide to come home from college in Utah and the only place he wanted to go was shark tooth hunting. We were able to find this pet friendly home and it fit out jeed perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that we were able to walk the dog peacefully. We will definitely consider this property again. Justin,the manager,answered all of our questions promptly and was easy to get a hold of even before we booked.
