About this house rental
Welcome to our home, located in South Venice; a two bedroom, two bathroom newly remodeled home a few miles from Manasota Key Beach or just a few minute Ferry ride to the Private South Venice Beach. The home is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants, the Play House Theatre, and local attractions, and just 2 hours from Disney!!. You’ll love our place because of the people, the ambiance, and of course, the beautiful beaches.
The home offers accommodations for up to 6 guests.
South Venice is a laid-back community conveniently located within minutes of several local beaches such as Manasota Key Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Venice Beach, as well as historic downtown Venice and historic Englewood and golf courses. It is also just a few minute drive to world famous Sharkey’s Pier and the Venice Jetty known for its great fishing and beautiful sunsets.
The space is well-appointed featuring clean, comfortable furnishings with a mid-century modern coastal vibe. As you enter through the front door, a cozy great room welcomes you with a flat-screen smart TV and ample seating. Just off the living area is the newly remodeled kitchen with modern features such as stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware, kitchen gadgets, and everything you’ll need to cook delicious meals.
In the sunroom, you can sit back and relax and enjoy reading a book, a glass of wine, or birdwatching. The back patio has been recently updated with beautiful pavers. A pergola covers an outdoor dining area surrounded by party lights. The yard is fully fenced.
Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with ample closet room, chests of draws, and bed side tables. The sofa in the great room is a sleeper sofa for extra guests. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
The home has the convenience of streaming cable TV along with hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi access. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. The home also has bicycles, beach chairs, a shark tooth rake, and a kayak for the guests to use. There is also a stand-alone gas barbecue grill for guests to use.
The home is ideally located within a reasonable drive from the uncrowded and picturesque beaches of Stump Pass in Englewood, and Boca Grand Island with first class salt-water fishing, water sports, and the ecosystems of the mangrove blueways by kayak, paddleboard, or boat.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our month and at this beautiful rental! The house was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable! The lanai was super cute and adds a lot of extra space. We also enjoyed eating dinner on the patio. The yard is completely fenced in for privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe! The location is great! It is close to restaurants and shopping and only a 10 minute drive to the beach! Lastly, Bob is very helpful and nice to deal with!

we left one week early,because Mother could not stand heat in house in daytime and fans did not produce proper tolit did not flush over half the time.
