About this cottage rental

This rental offers complete Kitchen, tile floors, Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table and relaxing front porch and two car garage. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, extra large closet with washer and dryer. Guest bedroom with full size bed. Large bath with shower and linens for bath and beds. Kitchen is complete with stove , microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and cooking utensils. There are beach chairs, towels, and coolers, so just bring your suitcases. This Guest House offers privacy in a quiet neighborhood and yet is just minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and other amenities. A non-smoking guest home.

Nice place to stay! Enjoyed bird viewing in the morning on the cute patio. Close to Manasota Key Beach!

Kathy and Jerry are very nice and welcoming. They do a very good job as host. Communicating was easy and very good. Everything is as advertised and is very close to all the amenities you could want. We had a lot of fun hunting shark teeth and will come back and stay with Kathy and Jerry again!

Quiet location, ample kitchen tools for meal prep and cooking, clean bathroom, spacious rooms, accessible laundry, outdoor seating and a garage. Cute guest home. Friendly and responsive host. Would like to stay again.
