Newly renovated, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, large stainless sinks. Spa-like bathrooms feature designer glass tiles and lighting, double walk-in showers with rain shower overhead unit as well as handheld fixture. Spacious bedrooms feature walk-in closets and tile flooring throughout. Split floorplan with separate entrances allows for lots of privacy between beds and baths. The house was in a very quiet, convenient location and was updated and clean for the most part. There seems be a musty smell to some of the towels and shower curtain but washer and dryer was available to use. The kayaks, and bikes were nice to have although some adjustments needed to be made to the bikes. It was great to be so close to intracoastal waterway paths, the beaches and some parks. The owner responded promptly to questions and things that needed attention while we were there.
