Welcome to your relaxing Florida getaway! This wonderful home is located in South Venice, just 10 minutes from beautiful Manasota Beach and directly near Shamrock Park, a peaceful nature center offering outdoor activities, wildlife viewing, sports facilities, and a large playground for children.

This comfortable home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families, couples, or small groups.
The inviting living area includes a Roku TV, comfortable seating, and a dining area with a table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair—perfect for remote work.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.
Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom with bathtub serving the second and third bedrooms.

The layout of this house is excellent, and we really appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. The owner is great with communication, there is ample parking, and we definitely weren’t wanting for anything. That said, the furniture is quite uncomfortable, and when we moved pieces of the sofa to adjust seating a bit, the floor underneath was so filthy, we ended up running the vacuum ourselves. Still, for location, price, and amenities, I’d give this a 4-star rating.

Second time we rented this house. House looked exactly like the photos, very clean. The check-in process was very easy and we had no issues. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

The property appeared to be newly remodeled and was very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to Manasota Beach and to Shamrock Park. We would definitely stay here again.
