We stayed in this house for a short vacation and absolutely loved it. The house is in a great location and neighborhood. It’s centrally located and quiet. The house is clean and maintained well. We have no complaints and we will definitely stay here again. The hosts left us a welcome gift of shark teeth and that’s what we were in Venice to search for. It was such a nice and unexpected treat!!! Do yourself a favor and book this house, you won’t regret it!!! Five stars all the way!!!!

This is our second time staying at this location and it will always be our preferred place to book in Venice! The house was amazing and well stocked. The location is great and the hosts are very good at communicating!

My wife and I rented this house for the month of January. We both worked remotely so internet speed and reliability was a must. The internet during Zoom and WebEx meetings was solid. The house was located on a non busy street and met all our needs and expectations. We purchased a corkscrew and night light only to find these items later in our stay in the expected locations. We just overlooked them as the owners have left the house well equipped. During our stay, we made use of the ferry multiple times to the beach. There were four different ferry captains that transported us. We found them to all be polite and courteous. No problems whatsoever. I would recommend Manasota beach for shark teeth hunting. It’s extremely addicting. We found 2021 teeth while we were here. Thank you for offering this property. It was great to avoid MN in January.
