About this house rental

My beautiful home is fully renovated located in a very quite safe neighborhood. Enjoy just a short bike ride to Manasota Beach or you can choose to do yoga on Venice's famous beachfront every morning. Just a 3-minute ferry ride will take you to a fabulous, private South Venice Beach accessible only to residents of the neighborhood. The beach is not crowded and has breathtaking views of the sunset. Venice was voted as top 10 Happiest Seaside Towns, escape to this Paradise!

We came to celebrate a birthday with friends. We rented this house because it was a few streets away from the party location. We didn’t spend much time at the house it was really just a place to sleep for us. The upstairs gets very cold with the air conditioning and the twin room does not. It’s an older house that has been renovated but it still has lots of creaks and quirks. It worked perfect for what we needed.
