There is also a separate lounge area off the master suite. Enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms. Relax on the fully screened lanai overlooking the backyard with grill and fire pit to enjoy the beautiful FL weather year round. With amenities like washer/dryer, WiFi, Alexa, TVs in every room, board games, books and ice cold AC, guests will have everything they need for a memorable stay. This property utilizes a septic tank. Our cleaning checklist affirms its functioning maintenance. Upon arrival inform us immediately should there be an issue. We ask our guests to be mindful of only flushing toilet paper. The property's general maintenance & landscaping is handled by independent contractors. Should a work order be fulfilled during your stay, we will provide due notice and do our part to not inconvenience your stay.
System Failures
In the event, the rental unit sustains a failure of a system, including but not limited to heating or cooling, water, sewer, septic, electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, heat pump, ventilating, pool, hot tub, or other system or structural systems, neither the property owner nor the Management shall be liable to Guest for damages, and no refunds will be given for such failures. However, Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment, and in such event, the Guest agrees to permit the Manager or its service provider to have reasonable access to the property to inspect and make such repairs.
Unforeseen Occurrences
Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by but not limited to the following: weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. There shall be no refunds available as such instances are beyond the control of Management. It is highly recommended that the Guest considers travel and/or rental insurance.
This house receives monthly pest control, but it's Florida and we cannot guarantee that guests wont see any snakes, spiders, ants or roaches. Should any problems arise, the pest control company can/will perform additional services to ensure the guests comfort and peace of mind.

This house really is so close to everything. However... if you're Dunkin lover skip the one straight across from the neighborhood. Drive to the one further down that also has the Liquor store in the same shopping center. Better service. Better quality. The house has more than enough of the things you need. Fully stocked kitchen and we purchased spices and left them to add to what was there already for the next family that may want to use the grill like we did. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved the beach. Found sooooooo many shark teeth. PAY ATTENTION TO THE STEP UPS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND LEADING INTO THE LIVING ROOM. I learned a hard lesson at no ones fault but my own clumsy self lol. Just book it. It feels like home.

The property was as advertised. It has great access to a park with payground and good access to beaches. It is a quiet residential neighborhood with mosytly full time residents, many with famalies.

Our stay at this rental had some lovely aspects, particularly the location and layout. However, we did encounter a couple of points that might be helpful for future guests to know.We noticed a distinct odor in the water, which, while not overwhelming, was noticeable. A simple heads-up about this would be a thoughtful courtesy.Additionally, the bar stools were a bit wobbly, and those in our party who were shorter found them somewhat precarious. It might be worth considering a more stable seating option.The overall cleanliness was satisfactory, though a deeper clean would elevate the experience.Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the easy check-in and check-out process! Our host was responsive with all of our inquiries! With a few adjustments, this rental has the potential to be truly outstanding.
