Vents need to be cleaned and lock on door needs fixing!

Professionelles, unkompliziertes Check-in/,out. Sehr gute Ausstattung (WiFi, TV, Waschmaschine, Geschirr/Besteck, Sofa, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Rechaud, etc.), schöne Aussicht vom Balkon (5. Etage), sauber. Direkt von Bahnhofunterführung erreichbar. Optimale Lage.

Leider war der Fahrstuhl die ganze Zeit ausser Betrieb

Difícil acesso, o prédio cheirava ruim e algumas coisas não estavam bem limpas como a louça, parte de cima do fogão e o sistema de ar do banheiro

The apartment's location is the only factor that positively influenced my overall rating.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations. The kitchen hood, bathtub, bathroom ventilation, and the freezer compartment inside the refrigerator were not properly cleaned. In addition, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, one pillow was almost completely flat, while the other was overfilled, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We were also expected to empty the water tank of the portable air conditioner before check-out, which was surprising, as we have never encountered this requirement in any previous accommodation. These issues are the main reasons for my low rating. In my opinion, the apartment is overpriced considering its overall condition and level of comfort.
