This is a lovely place just a few minutes from Leiden Central station you find yourself overlooking the old town with a canal in front and a windmill adjacent

Nice double bed apartment. Well equipped with cooking equipment.

Stairs were hilariously dangerous - not an issue for us but we are climbers. It would be good if there were more insect screens, and the screen that there was kept falling down.

It was absolutely great: Excellent comfortable double bed with separate blankets. Very clean and tidy. Very pleasant daylight in the room, which is a huge plus for Dutch accommodations, two windows with light coming in all needed places. Enough space for two persons plus a very comfortable small sofa to read or have your tea / coffee seated on it. Many electricity sockets everywhere needed, coffee and tea offered. Excellent instructions for all appliances. Monica was the perfect host, with quick excellent communication, very helpful about all our requests. The location of the house is great, 200 meters on foot from the station, great if you have luggage or your train is delayed very near from the university where I needed to go. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around, for all pockets. We had two dinners at El Fierro Argentinian restaurant, just 2 minutes away, with excellent service, prices and food.We did not need to cook, but if we had wanted to, all necessary utensils and dishes were there to ensure for an absolutely decent meal. Monica answered all our wishes and all amenities and instructions were excellent. The main shopping streets are also within walking distance. When getting back to the Netherlands we would definitely choose this same location even for travelling around the country.

Centrally located and beautifully appointed apartment — spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Monica was an outstanding host: responsive, clear in her communication, kind, and very accommodating. A seamless and pleasant stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a perfect location

Monica was very helpful and replied almost instantly whenever we had any question or needed help. Thank you Monica! The location is perfect, very close to the Leiden Central station and shops, cafes, museums etc yet very quiet and safe. The view to the canal and the windmill is exceptional. I would recommend paying a visit to the windmill, a very interesting museum just steps away from the apartment, and other museums in Leiden. The apartment is pretty well equipped and clean. The rent price is very reasonable, especially during the flower festival. Highly recommended!

A very lovely place, nearby the station and looks over a river. I think the photos shown on web really do wrong to the place, as it is a lot more spacious and beautiful in reality. It is very cozy, full equipments and fit for group stays. I would return if provided the chance.

This place far exceeded my expectations. My family, including two kids 11 and 14, really loved it. Extremely convenient location for our travels, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful canal and windmill view. Two stories - worked great for a family (also the place had safety gates for the stairs if traveling with younger kids).

The kitchen facilities are very simple -- it was all we needed for our stay, but if you were planning to cook extensively it might grow to be challenging.

Mooie locatie, vlakbij het stadscentrum

Er was een kookplaat, maar niet veel kookgerei. Bij het koken moest een raam opengezet worden om activatie van het brandalarm te vermijden. In de wintermaanden is dat niet heel aangenaam, we hebben dus niet gekookt, hoewel de keuken één van de redenen was om voor deze accomodatie te kiezen. Desondanks zouden we een volgende keer niet twijfelen om hier terug te komen!

Inrichting van de ruimte en locatie

Geluid in de rechterkamer. Continu gezoem of andere geluiden gedurende de hele nacht.

Locatie is top. Vlakbij het station, het Wereldmuseum en temidden van leuke restaurantje en koffietentjes. Ruime woonkamer met keukentje en eethoek en twee slaapkamers met goede bedden.

Appartamento bellissimo e in una posizione strategica per potersi muovere in città e fuori città. In pieno centro città,a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e da quella degli autobus. Abbiamo avuto un problemino con il riscaldamento e l' assistenza è stata immediata anche di domenica. Raccomando la struttura

Perfecte ligging; Op loopafstand van station en stad. Perfect voor gezin. Voor een ontbijtje/lunch/avondeten kun je terecht bij het café onder de accommodatie.

We verbleven in een ruim appartement. Het was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden sliepen heerlijk en de locatie was top. Het was inchecken gaf wat problemen, maar we werden gelijk goed geholpen door de verhuurster. Het uitchecken ging heel makkelijk.

Het enige wat we misten waren de wijnglazen :)

Vreselijke trappen en nergens op voorhand vermeld, het was voor ons gevaarlijk om met bagage boven te geraken.

Yatakları çok rahattı ve otelin konumu çok iyiydi. İnterneti harikaydı.

De plek is perfect, vlak bij het station en vlak bij het centrum, en ook nog eens een fijn park ertegenover. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar functioneel, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Wij hadden geen enkel probleem bij het binnenkomen: de code werkte prima, en de sleutel met tag later ook. De trap is inderdaad nogal steil. Dat was voor ons geen probleem, maar ben je slecht ter been, dan kan dat lastig zijn. En de Brune Boon, waar je boven zit, is zeker een aanrader: prima eten voor een schappelijke prijs.

Localização fantástica: estação, restaurantes, museus, supermercado, tudo a pé! Camas confortáveis. Casa de banho adequada. Muito tranquilo . Espaço excelente para 4 pessoas.

Acesso difícil para pessoas de maior idade: escadaria muito íngreme. Tratando-se de aparthotel contava com um pouco mais de recursos na kitchenette, por exemplo, cafés para os dias da estadia. Vista para traseiras, sem qualquer interesse.

Heerlijke ligging, en hele fijne communicatie. Zonder gedoe de sleutel gekregen en weer ingeleverd.

De woning werd heel benauwd, er zaten wel ventilators voor iedere kamer en het raam kon open, maar het bleef nog steeds heel warm

Außergewöhnlich, saubere Unterkunft. Sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Optimal eingerichtet.

Für uns kein Problem, aber wichtig zu wissen: die Treppen sind extrem steil und eng. Mit viel Gepäck also durchaus eine Herausforderung.

Super bien placé dans la ville. Petite ville elle même très chouette au carrefour de plein de centre d’intérêts (Keukenhoff / La Haye / la cote / Delft …). Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Parfait pour un week-end.

Aucun numéro de téléphone pour joindre quelqu’un au cas où … Pas d’indication avant notre arrivée pour le parking sachant que c’est une ville avec des zones limitées. Il faut vraiment grimper à l’appartement - il serait mieux de le savoir avant. Le côté basique des équipements et des petits détails vraiment pas chouettes comme les rideaux découpés aux ciseaux de façon horrible. Attention aussi au bruit de moteurs de frigo (?) qui empêchent clairement d’ouvrir les fenêtres côté cours - et l’été il doit faire très chaud sous les toits.

La posizione è perfetta comoda al treno e al centro. L'unica pecca sono le scale un po' ripide che con un passeggino o delle valigie sono un po' scomode, ma il resto compresa la disponibilità di Monica hanno tranquillamente superato questo piccolo inconveniente.
