Comfortable, great location, would recommend!

Location was perfect, right by Leiden Centraal and also near shops and food places. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms clean - we had the best sleeps as soon as we got into bed.

Everything was good except I did note that when housekeeping was done, sometimes no sweep/vacuum was done on the floors. Would be handy to have a kettle, maybe other higher rooms offered that.

Safe, modern and central

Cenrtral, walkable, modern, clean, tastefully decorated, 3 minutes from the Train Station and very close to many restaurants and cafes.

Too much noise very early in the morning. The cleaning team was unbelievably noisy which to my opinion is extremely disrespectful to customers.

Location, location, location -; the place is a very short walk away from Leiden Centraal, great connectivity.

As mentioned before, for business it is a shame it doesn’t have an iron and a kettle in the rooms and it doesn’t have restaurant/ room service.

Perfect location

Centrally located, 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the city center. The room was very clean and modern. New water bottle in the room every day. Friendly personnel.

location room design in general this is a place when you are on budget especially in high season and or when concerts are on. then its super comfortable and convenient.

Convenient location, enjoyed the stay

Conveniently located near the main train station which was a huge plus for me. Also near the historic city center. The staff was very nice and despite the fact that we didn't really spend much time in the hotel, we enjoyed our stay there.

Nice clean hotel near the station, very new facilities

The only thing I disliked was that when though the room didn’t have any kettle (which is fair since it was not mentioned on the listing), you cannot get any free boiling water for tea at the reception either - it costs €3; in my experience, all hotels with no kettles in rooms at least provided hot water at the reception.

Comfortable stay at an excellent location

Amazing location. Right next to central station but still manages to offer quite, peaceful rooms. The room was clean and didn't feel cramped. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Staff were nice. No major complaints.

Nothing big to complain about. Only minor detail was that the nightstands didn't have sockets next to them to charge your phone

Very modern with quirky touches. The see through shower wall is def different but to be fair they did provide a curtain.

Great location, comfortable room

Comfort room. Good breakfast. Very well situated next to the train station.

Paid additional cost for early check in on the day. Got put into a room that had a bad smell. Left for meeting informing the front staff, Was told will look at it. Returned later to find that no one had looked at it. Was asked to wait in reception while they sort it out. The smell remained and had to ask to be moved to another room - which I was without a fuss.

Pleasant, safe and clean room to stay in! Would return.

Rooms were safe and clean. Comfy bed! Overall hotel looked modern. While they didn’t have an air conditioning unit, their temperature control panel allowed +/-3 deg in the room so it was fine! Wasn’t too hot/cold for me. The hotel is literally a 1-2 minute brisk walk to the Leiden central station/bus terminal and 2-3min walk from the Jumbo supermarket across from the station. Sufficient amenities like shampoo/body soap with towels.

No kettle/fridge but not a big problem, the details were clearly stated before I booked the room. It was a long walk from the lift to my room at the end of the hallway but it was okay for the reasonable price I paid and I’m also able bodied. Might be a deal breaker for less able bodied guests. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the corridor or the housekeeping staff cleaning next door (knocking against furniture) but these are minor issues for me.

Thin Walls Makes it Possible to Hear your Nect Door Neighbor Every Move

Very clean nice hotel close to the train station.

The walls are not well insulated. I stayed for two nights and on both occasions, my next door neighbor talked on the phone for a long period of time very late at night. Mind you, the first night was a woman and the second night, it was a man. I could almost hear word by word. Finally, I knocked hard at the adjacent wall and told them to shut up, which they did. Unpleasant!

Prima hotel in het centrum.

Prachtige centrale locatie. Hele goede bedden met topmatras. Mooie rustige kamer.

Het ontbijt viel gezien de prijs wat tegen. Bijvoorbeeld maar 1 soort ham, 1 lapje brie, vers gesneden fruit was karig met alleen een paar stukjes meloen en ananas. Geen eierdopjes en de gekookte eieren waren niet afgedekt met een doek om warm te blijven. Het personeel sprak constant Engels tegen de gasten zodat je jezelf als Nederlander in het buitenland voelt. Eigenlijk niet echt gastvrij.

Uitgebreid ontbijt, heerlijke douche, fijn dat er een zitje in de kamer was en een groot pluspunt is de koffie en thee op de kamer.

De BTW verhoging per 1/1/2026 was al ruimschoots van te voren bekend, ook al toen ik de kamer boekte. Ik werd daarom verrast met een bijbetaling van de BTW verhoging. Wat het ontbijt betreft: dit was goed maar ik had het op prijs gesteld als er meer keuze was geweest mbt tot (gesneden) fruit

Ik heb genoten van een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf in een hotel van topkwaliteit.

Boeken ging heel vlot en het inchecken kon eenvoudig zelfstandig, al was er ook een receptioniste aanwezig. De kamer was zeer ruim en uiterst comfortabel, met een uitstekend bed. De badkamer was praktisch en aangenaam ingericht. Alles is modern, nieuw en verzorgd. De glazen melkwitte wand in de badkamer laat overdag mooi licht binnen, wat een slimme en fijne extra is. Kortom, een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

Als we echt moeten muggenziften: bij de koffie- en thee-corner is er maar één stopcontact. Eerst koffie zetten, dan even stekkers wisselen en daarna thee maken. Een klein detail dat we met een glimlach vermelden. 😊

Het hotel is fris, netjes, schoon, prachtige inrichting, vriendelijk personeel! Top! Locatie was prima, wijntje prima op temperatuur.

Buiten was de temperatuur -3, de kamer temperatuur was warm. Het kleine raam kon niet ver genoeg open. Enige minpuntje.
