For a solo traveler and one night stay is decent. Otherwise I would not recommend.

Room isolation was not good! My room was beside stairs and I was hearing every steps of people walking.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to the train station and main roads.

Excellent location close to all places of interest in the town, and an easy walk to restaurants. Spacious room and very helpful staff.

Great place to stay in the heart of Leiden!

Design, location, cleaness, and bed was really comfortable !

Our bed was standing against the door, which made the entrance really small. For the rest - very clean and nicely designed .

Hotel location good, room comfy but general service poor.

The room was comfortable. Hotel was central.

When we arrived there was nobody there to welcome us apart from a cleaner who was very helpful. It was after 3pm when we were told to arrive but all duty staff left at 3pm! The following morning we thought we had booked breakfast but were told that we hadn't and that breakfast was unavailable for us. This also occurred with Belgian guests. The Duty Manager insisted that we'd all had several emails about all of this but none had been forthcoming to the Belgians or us. We had all our breakfasts in a cafe down the road. I had one email on September 13th asking me for breakfast wishes and time of arrival which I replied to immediately but found it went to 'No reply Booking.Com' which was of no use at all. No further address was available to me. No duty staff around after 3pm and the lounge and bar were never open or available to us at any time, We checked out a day early for personal reasons and about none of the above comments.

The staff were very polite, and informative at checkin. Location was perfect and only 5 minutes away from the train station.

When closing my door, it did not lock behind me. This meant people could access my room without a key. I reported this but nothing was done about it. This made me feel very unsafe and worried about my belongings (Room 106). This room is also directly beside the smokers area so people could look through my window.

Perfect 4 person stay in the heart of the buzz of Leiden

Perfect location. Beautiful apartment and view of canal. Spacious and perfect for 4 people.

It could have been cleaned better. There is a coffee pod machine but no pods were provided. A little loud as it is directly above a bar. But these are minor details. Still highly recommend.

Great value hotel in a good location for exploring Leiden.

The property is located near to the station and close to the shops. The room was bright and airy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was good value for money. The check in was efficient and the ability to use a PIN code on your phone was a bonus. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good.

As many have said, the louvre doors on the bathroom did not allow privacy when sharing a room.

The shower had no front screen so water runs all over the floor. There was a lot of noise in the street that you could hear late at night being directly across from a bar.

Excellent location and very comfortable

The location is excellent. Walking distance from the Train Station and also from the Centre of Town. The Breakfast is excellent - the rooms comfortable Since the air con was non-functional in one of our rooms, the Host gave us a complimentary breakfast which was nice of her.

The contact numbers mentioned on the front door are not reachable - as we tried to get in touch but were unable to. The Air-conditioner in one of our rooms was non-functional and despite attempts to have it repaired - it was not possible for the duration of our stay But, for one night out of the rest of the stay we were given the option to use another room which was good - only made us realise that without a functional air con its not comfortable!!

Spacious, well decorated and clean room, very confortable bed and hot shower

No receptionist after 3 pm, phone number on the door not answered, problem to open the entrance door in the cold at 3.30 pm, instrcutions not clear how to use your phone to open. Cold room and basic breakfast for 15 euros (no toasted bread or toaster to do it yourself, no fresh fruit, no almond milk, no hot food. Wifi signal not good.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly once we'd managed to check in. Breakfast room very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and staff extremely helpful. Comfortable feel to the hotel.

Check in was difficult for us as we had no data and entry was via key code. Reception is attended until 15.00 - check-in is after 15.00 so as long as your phone works it should be fine. Once checked in everything fine with room cards. Whilst we enjoyed the quality of the breakfasts (delicious products) we were quite surprised at the amount of packaging used. Room was comfortable ("deluxe double"- room 108, on first floor) and there is a large terrace - complete with tables and benches - directly outside the room's large windows. It looks like in theory guests could sit out there - so potentially a particularly noisy room in better weather. Would have to keep curtains/blinds closed for privacy.
