Wonderful location

Staff was friendly. There is a locker to keep your belongings, but staff won't let you take the keys off the property. The lake is directly behind the building.

It is a hostel so naturally you might not sleep very well. Some other guest had multiple phone calls in the night, another dropped a bottle off the top bunk. There is a motion-activated light outside the room that is as bright as the sun and feels like it stays on for maybe 5-10 minutes before deactivating. This light was triggered multiple times through the night.

Just the location and the beds, are very comfortable.

The staff is not the most patients, but they are doing their job so it's ok. About the rooms honestly is much better to pay a bit more and get a room for yourself than coming here. If you get the beds next to the entrance you won't sleep since the door of the bedrooms is always opening and closing, and it is super loud. There is light also going through so you cannot really have darkness unless you take the beds on the other side that are more isolated. And the breakfast is just a croissant, dry and not good at all, with coffee. Better to get a nicer and fresh croissant in the city center!!! I won't come back for sure

The location of this hostel is the best to start with just a waking distance to lake Como behind it. Very accessible by walk, just outside across the road is a cafeteria for all needs.

Standard hostel experience

The price is good for the location. The facilities are as mentioned.m, and its quite comfortable atmosphere.

I had booked a bed in the mixed dormitory, and I booked it without reading all the details. It is as mentioned: towel and soap come at a small extra fee, for this choice. No complaints here. Just read before you book. :)

Buen sitio para una escapada a Como

La ubicación es ideal pegada al lago...buena calidad -precio.Está bien para pasar una escapada a Como.

Las literas se movían demasiado.Si se mueve uno el otro lo siente igual,pero lo q sí tendrían q arreglar y ésto es vital y necesario es poner cortinas oscuras(la luz de la calle da en la habitación hasta las tantas d la madrugada y es imposible dormir con tremenda luz)

- on a du passer la nuit dehors à 0 degrés au lieu de rentrer dans l auberge, parce qu’ils nous ont demandé de leur présenter nos passeports en plus de nos carte d’identité française que nous avions avec nous, Mais nous avions pas les passeports avec nous et c’était une raison pour nous refuser le logement à 21h du soir en Décembre. - un des réceptionnistes nous a parlé très mal et nous a traité avec beaucoup d’agressivité sans chercher à comprendre notre situation

Me gustó sobre todo la ubicación del lugar. Lo recomiendo para viajeras que están buscando cuarto de solo mujeres porque el ambiente es bastante cómodo y los baños están dentro de la propia pieza.

En general me parece una muy buena opción precio-calidad en Ccomo. Nosotras pudimos sacar nuestra reserva al barco a Varenna desde las 7am, está muy cerca al hospedaje. Tal vez se podría mejorar la variedad de opciones para el desayuno, pero en general el desayuno también me gustó, el croissant estaba fresco.

La calefacción que hacía en invierno hacía que por dentro del hostel se pueda estar hasta en manga corta.

16 fős szobába tették a csaladot a 6 fős helyett. Egész éjszaka a többiek uaját hallgattuk+ rajtunk jartak at mosdóba. Zajos, vilagos és rettentő hideg volt az éjszaka. Masnap ki akartam jelentkezni, lemondani a köv. 2 napot, semmi kártéritést nem kaptam, sőt! Udvariatlan, nem készséges, sőt bunkó kioktatás következett a recepciós részéről.

Buen precio, hostel de regular para abajo.

La ubicación y el precio estaban bien.

El personal que nos atendió nos resultó muy antipático, no nos dejaron aparcar el coche más allá de tener lugar de sobra para hacerlo (nos querían cobrar 25euros). Las instalaciones básicas y la limpieza regular. El desayuno un café y un croissant, bastante pobre.

Bequemes Bett, gutes WLAN und gute Lage des Hostels.

Zustand des Badezimmers (Schimmel, Dreck); dreckige Küche (es wurde nicht gespült); kein Frühstück erhalten, obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe; Gelände des Hostels ist nachts für jeden zugänglich; teuereren 6er-Schlafsaal gebucht, jedoch im günstigeren 12er-Schlafsaal untergebracht. Alles in allem deutlich mehr bezahlt, als das, was man erhalten hat.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias y bien decoradas. Los baños limpios. Tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador y unos lockers muy seguros. Tiene un desayuno que es un cafe o capuchino y una croissant de primera. El lugar está a una cuadra del lago y de Villa Olmo. La ubicación es buenísima y pasan buses de varias líneas por la puerta

La cocina esta sucia. Tiene pocos elementos y en mal estado.

我对在家住宿非常不满意，变形勒索钱，特别是前台的一个长胡子的巴基斯坦人，我的自行车停放偌大的院子要收费10欧元，我寄存行李要每个包要5欧元，看我不想寄存就改口说5欧元，退房后想进厕所，也是拒绝的。非常不人性化。态度恶劣，我去过很多国家也没有过这样的服务体验。我跟他说，巴基斯坦人和中国人是巴铁的友谊，人家根本不当一回事，态度恶劣到惊悚。

La struttura è molto sporca. In tutto il giorno, pur avendo a disposizione solo due servizi per 16 letti, i servizi non sono mai stati puliti. Il servizio accoglienza è davvero scandaloso; il personale non parla ne l'italiano. Il personale di servizio obbliga alla consegna della chiavi quando si esce e la guardia notturna oltre che essere scortese e maleducata, al rientro in camera, mi ha accusato di aver perso le chiavi, e quindi voleva che gli pagassi i danni, magari in contanti???? Guarda caso, dopo protesta diretta ha "ritrovato" la chiave da me consegnata. Lasciate perdere. Veramente pessimo servizio.
