The hostel warden is friendly and helpful. The large double room was comfortable and the location is near to Lake Como. Despite being near to the main road out of town, the hostel is quiet inside and we were able to get a good night's sleep.
There are no facilities available for guests to make tea, coffee or light meals at the hostel.

Breakfast was warm croissants and coffee. very tasty and convenient. rooms were clean, beds very comfy and each fitted with bedside shelf, power point and locker in room. Location was good for me because I was on a bike, others may prefer closer to town. Very quiet nights.
Things are a little run down, bathrooms especially, cracks, poor drainage, scum building up. needs a spring clean and touch up before next season. Wifi wasnt working, for me not an issue but for others could be a pain. Lacked a common room. Suggest that some cleaning materils be provided for guests to be able to clean toilet/showers/bathroom area after use.

Well situated - pleasant walk or bus ride from station and centre and walking distance from a beach. Very spacious compared to many hostels. Staff at reception were very friendly.
The bathroom facilities weren’t super clean and had no hand soap in toilets. Definitely would recommend bringing some flip-flops/ sliders. Other than that, very happy with our stay.
