Good for a short stay

Very spacious room, clean both inside and in the common areas. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. Very close to the bus stop to the city center, shops and bars are nearby, and the train station is also a 15-minute walk away. Communication with the host was efficient and clear - self-check-in.

You pick up your keys at a different location than your room is, which can be a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car and are walking with a suitcase. The walls aren't soundproof, so it's noisy, especially if your room is near the entrance and elevator.

The place is clean, and reasonably well maintained.

It is extremely noisy, and given that there is no AC, it becomes a real issue at night.

It was first time to be there and would be probably second if i would come again.

Ratio Price/Quality in such period in a year was acceptable. Calm and quite appartment with 4 separated rooms. Each room has a lock on the door for privacy. Host was a friendly guy and he explained and answered on all my questions. He was also punctual on time for my check in. The bathroom was clean with hot water running all the time. Fully working TV in the room. Distance off the centre is 10-15mins down the road to Como Lake.

The balcony door should be fixed because of the noise off the street. I would expect much more comfortable bed for such price but in fact it wasnt that bad, it just seemed very simple. I would also suggest to buy new chair in the room, small night lamp and repaint stains around electric plugs just to avoid weird comments.

Centrally located Block of apartments

Very loud from the street.Below there is a main street running, sp there are always cars going, also in the night, always. You need earplugs to sleep.

best low budget stay in Como!

very clean, super nice and helpful staff. Easy check-in, just make sure you give them your exact arrival time or call them 15min prior to your arrival. Thank you, we had a great stay!

Smooth, simple and easy. Very relaxing stay.

Before checking in I was offered a seperate apartment in another complex due to a leak in my booked room. The change was done really smoothly which made things easy. The apartment I was moved to was spacious and much nicer than I anticipated, I was very happy with the stay.

С удовольствием прожили три ночи. Сам номер чистый и светлый, с большим балконом. В общем доступе есть полноценная кухня. Кровать удобная. Санузел чистый, есть стиральная машина. До самого центра Комо пешком минут 7. Цена была самой низкой в этом городе. Заселение самостоятельно по инструкции.

Séjour agréable

Chambre confortable, cuisine et salle de bain communes bien équipées et propres . Proche du centre et de la gare.

Un seul inconvénient le bruit de la rue de jour et de nuit ( en ce qui concerne la chambre individuelle )
