10/10 would recommend for anyone.

Such a beautiful place, in such a convenient spot with everything you could possibly think of near.. the train station is a 5 minute walk, the supermarket is a 2 minute walk.. it’s 15 mins from Como, which is perfect if you’re wanting to be away from the busy/tourist areas. I would 1000% recommend this place, the staff and amenities are 10/10 too.

The room was a studio apartment set up inside of a house. Full kitchen with 3 beds. Host Daniela was nice and Fredrico answered all of our questions in advance of check in.

Parking is on the street, which is fine, just the open spots may require you to walk a bit with luggage or drop off luggage and then find a place.

I loved the house especially the garden

It was noisy at night. I think the wind blows the windows or something and it makes a very scary sound, way too loud. We woke up with my friend. If i was alone i would be very scared… please do something about this :)) for other guests

Gracious, spacious and unpretentious

One of those big houses from somewhere in the first half of the 20th century, very well-kept and well-loved. Great guest kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed, very nice housekeeper, sweet garden, convenient location near Como Camerlata station, large supermarket nearby.

It’s very far from the parts of lake Como that you’ll want to go too. If you don’t mind all of the travel walking, trains and boats everyday then it’s a great budget friendly place

Massive room in a quiet part of town

Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was gigantic and quiet. Very good communication with the hosts beforehand and nice welcome once on site.

We were greeted by the housekeeper, she was lovely and showed us absolutely everything. Location is brilliant, a short walk from Como Camerlata station. The property had everything you could want and a lovely outdoor area too.

Friendly and hospitable host. We had a big bed and a whole room for us. Bathroom and toilet was shared with another room. We could use the fridge and cooking utencils in the common kitchen. Very flexible with check-in and check-out.

Room had a fan but no AC. Bathroom and toilet were shared. Bathroom got wet after taking a shower.

Very musky when you walked into property. Shower ceiling needs a cleaning. No private parking had to park on street which isn't good with luggage being left in car. We selecting car parking which the guess House said it had. Maybe two options need on booking private parking and on street parking/public car parking

Worth every penny :))

We enjoyed our stay! The Villa is very charming and pretty and has a vintage vibe. We also had a pretty garden view and enjoyed our breakfast there. Federico was very helpful, he arranged that we could check in at 7:30am in the morning :)) the kitchen had everything needed. I strongly recommend this villa!

You have to walk around 40-50 minutes to the city center/station. For someone this may be a con but we enjoyed walking down to the city everyday :))

The host does not know how to react to constructive feedback and reacts only to positive ones.

The host seemed nice, however, when we told him that it is too cold in the room he claimed that the temperature does not go below 20 degrees which was not true.

The room had a horrible smell and it was too cold. The bedding was dirty. We felt very uncomfortable. I have stayed an extra night because I have paid in advance, not knowing how bad it will be, and that was a mistake.
