Decent accomodation but with hidden fees.

There were a couple of family restaurants and also a supermarket in the area and also close to the bus station. The owner took us fro the train station to the accomodation.

On booking.com the booked room was mentioned for 2 guests but the day before heading towards the location it was mentioned by the host that if 2 people will be staying that I need to pay 40 euro per day in addition for the second guest. There were a few bugs in the room, there is no fridge in the room, you have to use a common fridge that you split between 3 rooms with multiple residents. There are a lot of restrictions from when to use the kitchen and the fimeframes are between 12:00-13:00.

A quiet, relaxed setting for a stay in busy Como.

It was a clean, modern, comfortable room that looked newly renovated. The hosts could not be more friendly or helpful. A large communal area with a kitchen was just outside the room. Parking is nice and close and the host happily assisted us bring the luggage up the fairly steep hill. Great wifi.

The 5.30 pm check in was inconvenient. We arrived at 3 and couldn’t drop off our bags. Due to circumstances beyond our control we nearly missed the end of check-in at 9 pm which was very stressful. But this was our only negative and yes 5.30 was stated on our booking but I didn’t check as I just assumed it would be an earlier time as usual 🤪.

good location near to the town centre and the lake (by car within 10 min). nice spacious room, comfortable and clean. Owner and host were very helpful and hospitable. good breakfast nearby, parking right in front of the appartment. we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights very much!

perfect location and price balance for a city expensive like Como

the place is very nice has everything you need the staff is super gentle and welcoming. you can have anything you need, super easy to reach by the car and perfect secure free parking . very gnammy Grill restaurant near by the house at walk distance with lovely atmosphere if you are lazy to go downtown.

NOTHING!! I saw people complain about the noise but to be honest there is nothing to hear more than como silence and is not true that is too far from city center. a easy way is by few bus stop or by car or walking (2.8km) down and take bus to go back up.

I got a feeling of caretaking.

It was a nice, small hotel, with gentle staff. The hotel is very stylish, clean and gave me a feeling of safety, generosity with coffee machine and free water to drink, and a big free parking just around the corner. Located a couple of kilometers from the old town but anyway possible to walk if you are normally fit. Although it’s better to use a car.

Tout, la chambre tres grande, lit tres confortable, des couvertures et oreillers en plus, la salle de bain grande et bien equipé, tout plein de petits detailles comme espresso etc et la cuisine partagée bien equipé aussi. La ligne N6 et N1 qui temmennent au lac a 1 minute.
