Dock details: The dock can be used to dock boat and fish, but boat lift is for owner use only.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The apartment was very comfortable. Bathtub incert needs replace. The beautiful screened in porch was really nice except it was dirty and the rusted chairs needed to be removed.

House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. The cleaning before we got there could have been better but overall a great trip!
