About this house rental
This charming beach cottage offers a perfect blend of nostalgia and modern finishing. It is conveniently located on the 2nd row across the street from the beach on South Shore Drive , Topsail Island, NC. Public beach access #34 is approximately 175 Footsteps away. The home offers a partial view from the spacious, relaxing front deck. This affordable beach vacation can sleep up to 6 people comfortably, including children.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has two twin bed.
The large kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes etc to provide a pleasant experience for those who wish to prepare meals at home. The house has been remodeled with ceramic tiles in the common areas and beautiful engineered hardwood in the bedrooms.
here is ample parking for up to 6 cars. Beach chairs are provided
Surf City/Topsail Beach offers a family-oriented beach vacation. There are locally owned restaurants and a few beach shops, bike, surf board rentals etc. There is an IGA, Food Lion, Walmart market with a Publix supermarket. Surf City is convenient to Camp LeJuene in Jacksonville, NC.
What makes this house special is that I manage it myself which means I go there regularly to clean and make sure everything is well organized and in working order. I provide little extras to get you started such as dish powder, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. My goal is for my guests to have a great experience at my cottage by providing a home that is clean, comfortable and well equipped with necessities so you can have a great vacation.

This was really a great week and this little beach house was just what we needed for our vacation. The location is perfect and only a short walk from the beach access, however this particular access (34) has no ramp like many others in the area, so wrangling our loaded beach wagons up stairs was a little challenging, but not a deal breaker by any means. The house was very clean and cozy, we didn’t have any issues with any appliances or household items. The beds were comfy and clean as well. Minnie was very responsive and made it very easy to book and access the property. No issues, and will be back for sure!

We were first time renters and a bit nervous about getting the right house for our family vacation but we were very excited when we arrived. The house was exactly as pictured and in a great location for access to the beach. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. House comes with everything you need. Minnie was great to work with and she responded very quickly to all of my questions before we went. I can see a return trip in the future. Thanks Minnie for making our vacation so nice!
