About this house rental
New 4 story Spectacular Ocean View Home.
As one of the tallest homes on the South Side of Surf City, our rental delivers spectacular 180* Ocean Views throughout the house. You won’t be disappointed! The private beach walk over is literally right across the street. No more long walks to the beach lugging your stuff!
The 2nd floor hosts all three bedrooms and 2 baths. There are two ocean view bedrooms; a Queen and a bunk room that share a bathroom. The large Master bedroom is in the back with beautiful views of the sea oaks and garden terrace behind the house. It has a large en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with toilet paper, hand soap and moisturizing cream are supplied in each bathroom. The rental also has its own full size washer and dryer.
Each floor has it’s own ocean view front porch with large multicolored lifeguard chairs that provide excellent ocean, dolphin and boat viewing. From each porch you can see the private beach walkover right across the street.
The 3rd floor includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms along with a half bath. The huge fully equip kitchen has everything you would hope for including; cookware, dishes and utensils along with dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and huge two door refrigerator. We offer most everything you will need to cook and clean up every meal. Paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies are provided as well.
The great room’s dining area has a farm style table that seats up to 7. There is also an ocean view, butcher block counter top coffee bar. The great room also has a convenient half bath. The living room area hosts 2 comfortable reading chairs & a leather sofa & loveseat. It has enough seating for 8 comfortably.
The great room also has a bookcase with a host of family games and books to enjoy. Along with a 54" flat screen TV with ROKU, the entire house has free 1 Gig WiFi for your total entertainment and work needs.
Our indoor Elevator is available upon request for unpacking upon arrival, after grocery shopping and loading up for departure. The outdoor walkthrough private shower is enclosed and has both hot and cold water with plenty of hooks for towels. It is perfect for showering off after a long day at the beach! There is also a Propane Grill provided. Beach chairs, Boogie boards, corn hole, beach sports equipment and beach toys are here for your use. There is enough parking for 3-4 vehicles.

A beautiful beach home with amazing hosts! The house is stocked with items you never know if you need to bring or not, and they will replace anything you run out of. Communication on the front end and during our stay was fantastic! The levels between living space and bedrooms is separated by a common stairwell that worked well for our family of 3 kiddos but may not for all families depending on ages. It was surprisingly easy access to the beach as well with a walk over close by!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday with several of her girlfriends! Carolyn and Peter were wonderful and their home is the perfect spot for a quick beach trip. The house was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked (more than most VRBOs), and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back to enjoy their beautiful beach home! Thank you again Carolyn & Peter!

Absolutely the best Topsail Island rental we’ve ever had (and we have had a lot). Every detail was well thought out, including night lights, sound machine, charging ports, paper products, beach towels, beach toys, etc - it’s all there! Spotlessly clean and the loveliest hosts you’ll ever meet. We look forward to return!
