Welcome to Dockside Dreamin'! This house has everything you need and more to allow you and your loved ones to experience many conveniences, fabulous sunset views, a cozy vibe, unlimited fun, and lasting memories!

Upon arrival, you'll enter via a unique door code, enter a foyer area with storage space under the stairs. The main living areas are upstairs on the next two levels. The house has recently been renovated and boasts an open floor plan on the main level with a new kitchen and new stainless steel appliances, dining area with a table for eight, bookcase with books for all ages, and a living room with a 55 inch smart TV above the fireplace. At this time, the fireplace is for decorative purposes only. The kitchen has plenty of space and is well-equipped with just about anything you might need to create meals during your stay...pots/pans, a steamer pot, a griddle, a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker (traditional 12-cup and single K-cups), a mixer, baking pans, casserole dishes, wine glasses, spices, measuring cups, serving dishes, and a large variety of utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for four.

The deck off of the living room overlooks the yard, dock, and gorgeous water views. There is a teak table on the deck that expands to seat 6 people, patio lighting set to an adjustable timer, and outdoor stairs that lead to the grassy fenced and gated yard.

Back inside, on the same level, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (a twin over twin and a twin over full), a large dresser, and a smart TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, small telephone table/single desk, en suite bathroom with a tub and shower, a smart TV, and water views. There is a shared, full bathroom with a tub and shower in the hallway between the two bedrooms on this level.

Head upstairs to see the breathtaking sunsets from the comfortable bonus room. This cozy space offers a 65 inch smart TV, a desk/workspace, games/puzzles/cards for all to enjoy, and two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa with a new mattress). The deck off the bonus room is the perfect place to soak up the beauty of the inter-coastal waterway! There is a teak wooden chaise lounge chair and small table and two tall, weatherproof chairs on the deck.

Off of the bonus room is a laundry room with a large capacity Samsung washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.

Finishing off that level is a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed with new 14-inch hybrid mattress with cool gel pillow top. You will enjoy stunning water views, a 43 inch smart TV, dresser, and beautiful primary bathroom with dual vanity, glass enclosed, tiled shower with river-rock floor.

Outside you will find a wicker bin with sand toys, a Razor scooter, a skim board, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, a charcoal grill, two aluminum cruiser bikes, two adult kayaks and two children's kayaks, life jackets for children and adults, a fenced yard, a wooden walkway, a large grassy area, and a new, private dock with a gate, a fish cleaning table, a bench, and a floating dock for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and boating. We also provide a large rolling cooler.

The house is an easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach. This area of the beach is typically not crowded as there is not public parking areas nearby. The subdivision offers a wash area/shower at the entrance as well as a bike rack.

The wireless internet connection is very strong and reliable. Cable streaming is offered on all five smart tvs.

Your little ones will be well-accommodated too...the property has a pack-n-play, portable highchair, gate, baby monitor, and toys.

Your furry family members are welcome too! We permit up to two well-behaved dogs (we will accept three on a case by case basis & with an additional fee). The pet fee must be paid PRIOR to your stay and all pets must be listed on the rental agreement. Guests who bring a pet without prior authorization and payment will be charged $250.
