The location is perfect. You get a little ocean view and the beach access is right across the street. The house is in need of a little updating. The master shower is practically unusable. I am 5’8” and the shower head hit right at my chest and has the oldest doors I have ever seen. The internet was out when we were there but the management company was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Thank you

Location was good. With kids the busy road to cross was a concern but wasn't bad getting to the beach everyday. The house was accommodating and had most everything we needed. We brought a lot with us because we were unsure what would be there. It does have a grill which was a great surprise not in the listing.
The only issues we had were the cleanliness of the house. The floors were dirty and very dusty in the house. But plenty of room and comfy.
We had a great time and the kids loved it. We have been back to surf city the last few years and will definitely be back.

The great:
We loved the location and layout of this house. Absolutely cannot express how much we enjoyed it. Beautiful morning view and super easy access to and from the beach. The deck is a great spot for reading and a sunny breakfast.
Heads up:
Traffic can be heavy on Fridays and Saturdays, so watch your kids and pets.
The Uh-Oh:
The cleaning crew left some things (a little sweeping and some dishes) incomplete when we arrived but we sent an email to the management company (Ward) to let them know, but never heard back. Either way they were small enough tasks that we completed them and went along our week.

This house was 2nd row with big window ocean views. The house is older and tattered. Appliances were old and barely functioning (refrigerator, stove, vacuum,, main toilet). AC worked great. All DVD player attachment cords broken, cable didn’t work. We were grateful to find a house so close to the beach during Covid but cleanliness was lacking. We met a lot of nice families on the beach and felt safe.
