First Floor:

The living room features a large flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and stunning ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including a new stove, and granite countertops.
A full-sized new washer and dryer are conveniently located in a separate laundry room.
The first bedroom, located on this floor, features a king-size bed with a new mattress, a private bath, and covered deck access on the street side of the property.
Second Floor:
The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with an additional sitting area with ocean views and deck access.
The oceanfront bedroom includes a king-size bed with a new mattress, a private bath, and access to the upper deck.
The bunk room features two bunk beds with new mattresses, a Jack and Jill bathroom, and access to the street-side covered deck.
The final bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses, a private bath with an additional in-room vanity counter and sink, and access to the street-side upper deck.
The upstairs sitting area includes a love seat, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a foosball table for added fun.

Great location on Topsail. Beach was amazing. House is starting to show wear and tear. Mattresses were not comfortable. But overall we had a nice vacation.
