It's time to Let It Go and head to Arendelle! Find yourself in beach vacation heaven at this 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, home in Surf City located on a quiet street. It will feel like your vacation is straight out of a fairytale! No snow from Elsa will stop your adventures on Topsail Island! Not to mention that it is just a two minute walk to the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean! Located just over a mile from the heart of Surf City you can choose to find your own ice in the form of a delicious snow cone from one of the local shops. With light, bright comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen, you will have all the things you need to enjoy your vacation. With three covered porches off the front of the house, one covered deck and two sundecks in the back, you can enjoy the views and sea breeze from anywhere in where in the house. You can take all your cares and truly let them go!
When you first arrive, you are greeted by ample parking. The carport offers additional, covered parking for those days when the weather is being villainous. The outdoor shower is located just off the carport so that you can rinse off the sand you brought back from the beach before heading upstairs. Take the elevator up from the carport to get your vacation started!

Large Family mostly grandparents, parents and young adult children. Property had everything we needed and was in an excellent location.

We found the Arendelle to be as beautiful as pictured. The open living space on the third floor provided spacious seating where we could all gather for meals, games or TV.
The master bedroom on the 2nd floor was furnished with a very comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second small bedroom on this floor featured two very comfortable twin beds and a small closet.
The fourth floor king size room shared a spacious bathroom with the very small bedroom that was furnished with a twin over double bed. We found no closets on the top floor.
The elevator was essential to us for the older generation who had physical limitations. It seemed a bit moody and refused to open a few times, but we were able to get it to respond by going to a different floor and calling it, and then ride back to the original destination.
Kids were all asked to use stairs only, so only three or four people ever used it.
Overall, we had a lovely week and found the walk to the beach an easy trek.
