Enjoy swimming and fishing at the private dock/gazebo or bring your boat! Walk right out into the front yard and get in the water for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding on 2 paddleboards, biking, or go for a kayak excursion on the 4 available kayaks (one child size) . Outdoor shower!
Bird watching is amazing over the beautiful marshes and dolphins often play in the waterway in front of the gazebo!
Walking distance to beach or nice playground. Pets welcome with $150 Pet fee and approval.

Parking was easy & not cramped. Kitchen had all necessary equipment or tools needed to put together meals. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding, upstairs and downstairs.

The storage in bedroom no closet to use The housecleaning could be better base board mldg were very dirtyHad some roaches Grill rusted thur insideBoat dock needed cleaning which i did, bird dropping were very bad(nasty)But all good ,would recommend, had a good weekThank You
