Life is full of simple pleasures, but none are better than a relaxing vacation to this oceanfront home! Add 5 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths and oceanfront beauty and convenience, and this simple pleasure can easily turn into a guilty pleasure!
This home features the popular reverse plan to show off spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The second floor provides a wide sun deck that overlooks the ocean. This spot will be a popular retreat for all in your group. Step inside to the comfortable living room where you can watch a movie on the flat screen TV or catch up with family and friends. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and solid surface counter tops, and dining areas are just steps away. Mealtime will be a hit for the whole family!
Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are NOT included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

North Oceanfront Bedroom - King Bed; access to covered deck; full bath adjacent (36" wide door, wheelchair accessible sink)
Middle Oceanfront Bedroom - Queen Bed; access to covered deck; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower
South Oceanfront Bedroom - King Bed; access to covered deck; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower
North Streetside Bedroom - Twin/Queen Bunk Bed, shares either hall bathroom
Second Floor:
Oceanfront Master Suite - King Bed; private bathroom with tub/shower; access to sun deck

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
