About this house rental
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a bright cheerful open floor plan home with beautiful ocean views and easy beach accesses within 400 feet on both sides of the house. The house is located 2.5 miles south of the shops and restaurants of Surf City and four miles north of the shops and restaurants of Topsail Beach.There is more than enough room under the house to park four cars and also room for several cars to park on the grass beside the driveway. There is an enclosed shower under the house as well as an open wash down area. Also there a nice sitting area in front of the charcoal grill. Directly behind the grilling area is a storage room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, beach cart, and 6 bikes.The best feature of all is the wide covered porch with six tall wooden Adirondack chairs and a matching table. The covered porch will keep the hot sun and rain off you while you enjoy 3 ocean views. The back of the house features an uncovered deck with a picnic table shaded by trees. The well furnished living area features a 55 inch Samsung Led TV with cable, Netflix, and a Blue-ray DVD Player. The well stocked kitchen has plenty of counter space and four counter stools. All four bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Three of these have a three inch mattress topper and one is firm.There are two bathrooms, one with a shower tub and the other with shower only.

I liked the layout of the house. I also liked the the detailed instructions on just about everything. I liked that the backyard did not allow any of my dogs to escape. That has happened before. I liked that they had a lot of poop bags to use. My husband loved the location. We hope to return in the spring or summer. . Only thing that I can find fault with is the pans/ skillet and I will bring my pans. Otherwise very nice home, comfortable and spacious . Highly recommend.!

Egrets Walk had all amenities you could possibly ever need. From the front covered porch, we had an awesome view of the ocean, and enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch.
