About this house rental
Take in the scenery and soak up the sun on the beach or from the large oceanfront sundeck w/built-in seating. You'll be glad you did.
This home features central air/heat, 2 color cable TV's, 2 dvd players, internet access - wireless, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone and an oceanfront sundeck w/outstanding views.
Fireplace in the living room is not usable.
Rents Weekly ONLY - Saturday turn day ONLY.

This vacation home is located approximately 2.7 miles south of Surf City traffic light in Surf City in the central part of Topsail Island. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past.
Trip Preparation:

This was our first vrbo rental and it couldn’t have been any better. The house felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. We would stay here again in the fall if it wasn’t booked already. The deck without railing is the best! You can sit in a chair and see sand and water. Neighbors nice. Great local seafood, live music, wonderful beach community.

Comfortable stay for family of 5. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. No issues with wi-if or anything else. Less than 10 minute drive to restaurants and stores for necessities. Enjoyed the view from the living room and decks. Easy check in/check out. Will definitely be coming back!

We loved Solimar! Since we were trying to not eat out too much, the well-equipped kitchen was great! Great location!
