About this apartment rental

Completely renovated class A4 apartment, part of a single residential complex composed of 3 independent housing units. 100% electric because it is powered by solar panels. Fine finishes and latest generation technologies for the comfort of every guest.

Elegant and exclusive, equipped with air heating, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation controlled, triple glazed windows for excellent acoustic and thermal insulation, shutters electric and kitchen equipped with induction burners. Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine coffee, washing machine, Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection available. Exclusive parking space available, also equipped with a double wallbox, to recharge electric vehicles on request.

We had a great experience during our stay. Very well equipped and modern house. Aircon was very nice and the shutters for the window were ideal! We had good (digital) contact with the owner who was extremely flexibel and overall very nice! The privat parkingspace in front of the house was nice (allthough we presumed due to the pictures that i should be in de back, hence the 4/5) The kitchen was perfect for our stay. The town is also perfect for exploring lake Como. You have 2 places to hop on the boat. There are two big supermarket closeby (within 10 minutes walk). The neighborhood was a little outside the city’s center, so a lot of heigher buildings around that didn’t look as nice as this house. Overall very nice place and would love to come back here!
