Our stay was perfect, the apartment has everything you need for spending your holiday. Great location close to the lake, restaurants, and supermarkets. Cristina is an amazing host, super responsive and ready to answer any questions. Parking might be a bit inconvenient for large/long cars (as in many places in general), but Cristina helped us promptly which we highly appreciated! Thank you very much!

Relaxing, wonderful break

Lovely Cristina met us at the propriety and handed over the key, after showing us around her fantastic apartment. This is the best accommodation we had in Cernobbio and this was our third trip.

The studio is very comfortable and well equipped. Brand new and very clean. The balcony is a nice addition. Covenient parking and very close to center of Cernobbio. Can highly recommend! Only be ready to climb a few stairs, there is no lift.

Good location with private parking, extremely clean, nice little balcony. Good and fast response from Christina, who was attentive and helpful.

No lift, no problem if you’re young, but 3rd floor, old steps, might be a problem with luggage. Price without breakfast a little bit to high in comparison to a beautiful hotel which we booked on our way a week before in Como.

- Cristina is very friendly and polite - a great host - which made us feel very welcome - good kitchen facilities which had all equipment required which was very useful - washing machine and a clothes rack was also very useful! - the suite is a good size, with lots of wardrobe space. - nice balcony space with nice views over cernobbio and the mountains. - very close to the centre / pier, and very useful free parking. - great value for money!

Bel appartement refait à neuf et très propre sur les hauteurs de Cernobbio, bien équipé et décoré, (attention au 3ème étage sans ascenseur), avec une jolie vue de la terrasse, Merci Christina Je recommande

Im 3. Stock ohne Lift (uns hat es nicht gestört). Kein Küchentuch und Abwaschlappen in der Küche (vielleicht haben wir zuwenig gesucht).

Christina ist eine super Gastgeberin und sehr zuvorkommend ! Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Zu Fuß kriegt man alles gut erreicht.

Tutto ok! Lo consiglio

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo. La persona responsabile è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e pronta a soddisfare anche le richieste extra con celerità (nello specifico abbiamo chiesto dei cuscini extra con federe). Il parcheggio è comodo, la cucina ha tutto il necessario, è disponibile anche una lavatrice con relativo stendino, asse da stiro e ferro da stiro. La doccia è comoda e il bagno è finestrato. La posizione è abbastanza centrale.

Nel complesso non ci sono stati dei grandi punti negativi da sottolineare. Mi permetterei di dare dei suggerimenti per una maggiore fruibilità della struttura da parte degli ospiti: metterei degli appendi asciugamano in bagno, ridurrei il numero di suppellettili nella stanza principale in modo da lasciare spazio agli oggetti degli ospiti, le dimensioni delle tende oscuranti sono un po' da rivedere (troppo strette, quel tanto che fa penetrare la luce e troppo lunghe, si rischia di inciampare soprattutto chi dorme dal lato vicino alla finestra del letto matrimoniale) e infine metterei un attaccapanni a parete all'ingresso per i giubbotti. L'appartamento, come ben specificato nella descrizione al momento della prenotazione, si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore.

Precioso alojamiento para recorrer el lago

Apartamento perfecto,con todo lo necesario para pasar unas inolvidables vacaciones,no le falta ningún detalle,con una terraza encantadora con vistas al lago. La dueña está disponible en cualquier momento por el whatsapp y todo se gestiona rápido y sin problemas. Está a dos pasos del lago,en pleno centro Cernobbio y con aparcamiento justo delante y en un espacio cerrado,lo que permite recorrer y conocer el lago sin preocuparte por el aparcamiento. Volveremos seguro.

No tiene ascensor y es el último piso,pero son escaleras sencillas que no restan ni un poquito de magia a este lugar

Für ein paar Tage am Comer See mit eigenem Parkplatzwunsch zu empfehlen.

Eine gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz, der selber eine wunderschöne Aussicht hat. Ein wunderbarer Balkon mit schöner weiter Aussicht. Die persönliche und freundliche Ansprache der Besitzerin wie auch der Informationsordner in der Wohnung war super. Fußläufig mit schönem Weg zum Ort und Bus und Fähre.

Die Matratze war ok, aber Federkern wäre mir lieber... In der Küche fehlen ein scharfe Messer und ein Schieber und Haken. Alles andere war top! Cernobbio ist schön aber auch recht hochpreisig, wobei ich nicht weiß, ob das in den anderen Orten auch so ist?
