It`s great experience.
I didn`t even need to wait or see the property owner. Everything has been delivered with a message in advance. It was smooth and easy. The apartment was really clean. 2 specious bedroom and 2 bathroom was very organized. The location is both convenient and cozy. The parking spot was a big advantage especially in Como. Everything you might need in the kitchen are very well thought. It was somewhere that we really felt at home.
There was literally nothing that we don`t like at the apartment.

Appartamento di fronte a una fabbrica di vernici.
Cernobbio è molto bella e il lago è meraviglioso. L'alloggio era pulito, solo che ho trovato alcune cimici in cucina perchè purtroppo le finestre non hanno le zanzariere. Il design dei bagni è apparentemente molto carino, peccato che abbiano risparmiato usando del gress finto marmo e soprattutto che non abbiano le finestre.
L'appartamento si trova accanto a una fabbrica di vernici, in una via privata buia. Sarebbero utili dei lampioni perchè quando si rientra la sera, specialmente una donna da sola si preoccupa. Inoltre nonostante sia in linea d'aria a 300mt dal lago per arrivare alla piazzetta davanti al lago dove c'è l'harry's bar bisogna fare 900 mt a piedi. Le finestre non hanno le tende e hanno la vista sulla fabbrica di vernici, sicuramente non sono tossiche, ma non è bello da vedere quando apri le finestre di casa. Inoltre nel bagno manca il kit di cortesia e mancava bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La nota peggiore però è dovuta alla proprietaria che ha fatto una scenata furibonda per il fatto che abbia invitato mia mamma a cena ed essendosi fatto tardi era stanca e si è fermata a dormire per una notte su tre. Essendo tardi non ho avvisato, ma lei al mattino non è stata per nulla comprensiva e ha preteso un pagamento di 83€ in più quando dai suoi stessi prezzi di booking una persona in più, non per una notte, ma per ben tre sarebbe costata solo 41€. Se ne approfittata e quando le ho chiesto di applicare le tariffe esposte su booking mi ha urlato che non doveva giustificare nulla e mi ha detto letteralmente "Vaff***" e mi ha scritto che se non pagavo l'extra rincarato a suo piacimento "la casa resta chiusa". Mai vissuto una situazione così poco flessibile e antipatica. L'arte dell'ospitalità è tutt'altra cosa!
