Only 6 km from the center of Como and nestled between the lake and the mountains, the town of Cernobbio has a lot to offer in terms of tourism and commerce.
This inviting vacation home is located on the 3rd Floor of a recently renovated villa divided into three apartments. Thanks to its location at the top of the house, the apartment has windows on all sides so that it is very bright and flooded with light. From the windows on the front and from the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Como and the city of Como. At the rear there is a 40 m2 private terrace with a comfortable dining table for enjoying meals outdoors.
The apartment has a bedroom with a walk-in closet, an elegant living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The roof gallery in the living room is a multi-purpose room that is furnished with a sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate another guest. The room is also suitable for use as a work, study or retreat area. Musical guests can also expect a guitar and an electric piano (Roland FP-80). Visible beams and the double room height round off the cozy atmosphere in the living area.
The interior is modern and comfortable and includes a. TV with satellite connection, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, WiFi, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The 400 m2 green area with olive trees and jasmine bushes and the 18 m2 swimming pool are available for shared use - with the other two apartments.
The house is accessible via a traditionally stone-paved street. The lake promenade and the center of Cernobbio with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes via some old alleys and stairs.
The rental price also includes the costs for electricity, water, waste disposal and WiFi, as well as bed linen, hand and bath towels and the final cleaning.
Please note: In the period from September 15, 2019 to June 30, 2020, we are carrying out construction work for a new house on the property. Therefore, noise emissions can occasionally occur during normal working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
