Disappointed.

Our host spoke English and was easy to contact re phone both of which came in handy when we had difficulty finding the property.

The picture of the property on Booking.com is NOT the place we stayed. We thought from both the photo and the name of the property that we would be staying in the "Manor". Turns out we stayed in a "cottage" on the same site. The "cottage" was also hard for us to get into as the key box was not functioning well. Thankfully, the owners neighbor happened by and was able to help us open it. Finally, the bedroom in the "cottage" is on the 2nd floor and the ceiling over the bed is slanted and one needs to be mindful of that less they hit their head getting in or our of bed. Finally, there is no parking on site. Street parking is free but we ended up having to park several blocks away.

Comfortable apartment in perfect quiet location

Location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. It is no longer a B&B - just a 2 bedroom apt and a cottage on the property are rented. The grounds at the Manor house are gorgeous. A quiet beautiful setting.

There was a fan noise in the main bedroom which the owner tried to remedy but it wasn’t possible to find the source. Slightly disturbing at night.

Incredible french country living experience

It's a fabulous property. A full manor and its grounds with fruit trees, great sky. Very close to city centre and the river and useful places like cycle shop Anne is a fabulous and friendly host that we could easily be friends with. She took a lot of initiative helping us find and reserve lovely restaurants, cycle places, cars etc. Highly highly recommended

Perfect little house in a beautiful town

Central location in a lovely town. Very well equipped, air conditioning essential this week! Anne was very helpful, I booked last minute as we couldn't stay in the hotel we'd planned. Luckily the little house was ready for guests. Perfect, thank you.

Beautiful, close to everything. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt connected to house with separate entrance. Very quiet, fully furnished with great kitchen and tables and chairs. Comfortable beds and shower. On patio. We loved it!

Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung in einem parkähnlichen Garten. Sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage im Ort. Terrasse mit Esstisch, Liegestühle. Großes Wohnzimmer, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, 2 WCs, Aircondition.

A estrutura da casa é muito boa. Ampla e com uma cozinha completa.

Ao contrário do que está escrito no detalhamento do aluguel, a casa não tem Wi-Fi e também não tem TV. O que existe é um monitor que funciona como TV e ligado a Internet. Como não tinha Wi-Fi, a TV- Monitor também não funcionou. Ficamos 5 dias sem Wi-Fi e TV.

Détente assurée dans un cadre magnifique

L’accueil de la propriétaire du manoir, le soin qu’elle a pris à décorer la maison, à ce qu’elle soit très fonctionnelle sur le plan des équipements et aussi son autonomie puisque l’on peut entrer par le très beau jardin , jouir de sa terrasse mais aussi accéder par une entrée indépendante au fond d’une impasse. Calme absolu alors que le manoir est au cœur de la vieille ville.
