You'd be hard pressed to find a better location on Lake Como. Away from the tourist crowds, but right on the Cadenabbia ferry so easy access to Bellagio an Varenna. The property was beautiful, easy to access, and amazing communication. Hardest part was having to leave!

Wonderful view of Lake Como! Balcony! Short walk to a public ferry. Big living room, nicely furnished. Very nice restaurant (pricey, dinner only, reservations needed) in the building.
Dangerous driveway to parking area, steep, sharp turns. AC unit in LR wouldn't cool. Building lobby and hallways are scruffy, poorly lit. Only 4 coffee pods?
