Good location but very dirty and hot during the summers
Location is the only positive.
Quite dirty with stained bedding, cobwebs on the lights, dirt in the bathroom. Very hot during the summer with AC. Only 1 of the 3 portable fans in the room were working. The bathroom was ok but needs a rehaul. No toiletries, towel with only 1 toilet paper for a 3 bedroom apartment. Overall, needs a rehaul.

A place to lay your head, just don't expect to much from the apartment.
Location is amazing. If your just looking for somewhere to lay your head in an amazing location and are happy to eat out this would be a great option. The views are outstanding, the living room is a lovely space, beds are passable. Balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax.
The interior is dated with some facilities not working. Broken fans, bath tub drains very very slowly meaning showers had to be spaced out for each family member with at least 15 minutes needed between each shower to allow for water to drain. Kitchen is in a poor state with my wife not wanting to prepare a meal in that environment.

Vista.spettacolare e ampi spazi
Posizione ottima, vista spettacolare sul lago e di fronte a Bellagio e pochi minuti a piedi da Villa Carlotta (chiusa in inverno) dove c'è l'imbarcadero per Bellagio stessa (anche lui chiuso nei mesi invernali, ma a 5 minuti in auto andate a Menaggio e lo prendete, con passaggio a Varenna ogni 20/25 minuti). Soggiorno con tanta luce, spazi ottimi e ampi per 6 persone in un uno stabile (credo) anni 70. Contesto residenziale tranquillo e non rumoroso anche se non lontano dalla strada. Ben servito da bar e locali intorno. Parcheggio comodo e vicino ma a pagamento (non si paga dalle 19 alle 9) circa 1.5 €/ora, anche con Easypark. Ottima posizione per chi come noi si è cimentato nel light trekking della Greenway, però attenzione: non segue sempre il lungolago e non è ben segnalata la deviazione per salire verso le colline con vista e visita dei borghi. Non potete perdervi, però, una volta trovata la via, è ben indicata in entrambe le direzioni (Colonno a sud, Menaggio a Nord). In un pomeriggio potete senza fretta percorrere da Griante a Ossuccio e tornare (che è il tratto piu interessante secondo noi).
Siamo stati dopo Capodanno, quindi un più di riscaldamento non sarebbe stato male (ma capisco che siamo andati nel periodo piu freddo). Pulizia però appena sufficiente, non accurata (biancheria da rivedere e piccoli residui di visite precedenti lasciati sotto i mobili, le ampie vetrate del soggiorno polverose...). Un appartamento bellissimo che con qualche cura in piu sarebbe perfetto (un bianco al posto della tappezzeria e un po di vernice qua e la per esempio). Un sapone liquido per lavare le mani e un asciugamano aggiuntivo piccolo oltre a quello per la doccia avrebbero fatto comodo.
